Poor service, my toasted sandwiches were cold due to them working on my online order in between customers. They left my half made sandwich to make someone else’s while I was waiting. I’m disappointed ☹️

I mean, it's Subway. My sandwiches were good as usual but the staff didn't hear up the meat on the sandwich like they usually do.

I Finally Decided To Get Subway and they can’t even read the receipt. Mixed up my sandwiches topping. Not to hard. Disappointed.

I went to the Walmart subway around 2:30 today and a short brunette woman made my sandwich. She had a really nasty attitude. The sandwich was poor quality too. i think i’ll go to the other one next time.

Felt like the person makin my meal didnt want us there and she wasnt paying attention when making my sub plus barely cut my sub in half i had to pull the rest apart myself

It used to be ok, but now it is going down hill. Even with a renovation it seems the standard low quality employee works here. I have had multiple wraps get too crispy and it falls apart as you eat it. Also, I never have any problems with lowering my mask to catch my breath. I have horrible asthma that is aggrevated when the mask is on and yet they had a problem with me taking a second to catch my breath by removing it for a few moments. I tried to explain but it was shut down with "policy." Its a low grade "resteraunt" that serves food. Kinda have to remove my mask to eat... if you have a problem with us lowering our mask for a second then you also need to close off every other table to allow for social distancing and not allow refills like most other Subways. I have already boycotted the Main Street Subway because of its own consitent issues, and now this one. Only 2 employees (one being the manager) are decent and do their best to make the entre look decent and not slopped together or burnt. Thank you to the few employees who do their best you are the only reason I am giving a 3 star review.

Where do I start... first the service is horrible the 3 ladies they had working the day I went were were more concerned with checking their cell phones than acknowledging I wanted to order food. For some reason subway no longer wants to give you lettuce lol but it's true I had to ask the lady to add more lettuce 3 times it was comical. Each time she would only put on a few little shreds. Eventually I had to tell her to forget it I'll go buy my own lettuce at the grocery store and add it myself sounds crazy but 100% true. I didn't dare stay to eat my food there the floors and tables were nasty.

Staff disrespectful and loud. Lots of goofing off & take forever to make a sandwich. Repeat what you want 3 x & they still don't listen. Too many teenagers working there with no adult supervision

We placed an order online with the Subway app and paid for it. App indicated order would be ready for pick up at 12:05 pm. Upon arrival at 12:11 pm I was told our order was not ready as they had been busy with a lunch crowd. Finally at 12:35 pm I was handed the order in two separate bags. When I got to my car I realized the lid was off of one of the salad containers and it had dumped all inside of the bag and on top of a sandwich. After returning to work and unpacking our orders it was noticed that two of the salads that were suppose to have avocado slices as an add-in (which costs extra) did not. And, one of those salads being a BLT salad, did not have any tomato and the bacon was not cooked/heated. On a positive note....there cookies were good!

They can't seem to keep good help but that's just Parsons. This young woman has been here by herself all morning and has been an absolute beast. She's got a great attitude and she's very fast and efficient. Whatever she's being paid give her a raise. She is incredible. Her name is Leah.
