“I have always found deliveries to my house to be timely and efficient. The packages always come to the correct door. The packages arrive undamaged always. Drivers are always polite and friendly. I wish everyone used your service. The opposite is true of FedEx where all but one driver has been a sourpuss and packages often arrive ripped, mashed, broken open. Sometimes I cannot find FedEx packages because some apparently cannot read or they would know what door to leave the packages at. Maybe they just do not care. If the problem is a language.barrier, they could let me know. I speak 6 languages. Somehow, I think the problem with the competitor is they do not enjoy their jobs. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD ANYTHING BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM UPS. NEVER GOOD SERVICE FROM FX EXCEPT FOR ONE DRIVER WHO MISSED HIS CALLING AND SHOULD BE WITH UPS.If I had a choice I would always use UPS. THE OTHER DAY I GOT A BIG SURPRISE WHEN I HAD TO SIGN FOR AN UPS PACKAGE. IT WAS A FORMER STUDENT OF MINE FROM 10 YEARS AGO. HE RECOGNIZED ME BUT I DID NOT KNOW HIM. COLTON KESSLER HAS GROWN INTO A GREAT YOUNG MAN. COLTON, YOU ARE A CREDIT TO UPS. ANY DRIVER FROM UPS COULD TEACH FEDEX SOMETHING ABOUT MANNERS AND DELIVERING PACKAGES WITHOUT JUST SLINGING THEM AROUND AND DAMAGING THEM. I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM UPS. THEY ARE FAR BETTER THAN USPS OR FEDEX. I WOULD NEVER USE EITHER IF UPS WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE. UPS NEEDS TO DELIVER 1ST CLASS MAIL. I AM SURE THE SERVICE WOULD BE HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE THE CURRENT DELIVERY.”
