I only use the drive-through I couldn't tell you whether it was the bank's fault or the customers ahead of me but I was there quite a while

Drove all the way down here from Wichita based on a false promise of theirs that they had loan agreement ready for me to sign when I got here they actually did not they renege on the APR and on the agreement wasted my entire day driving down here $50 in gas and have still yet to even call me back. very poor customer service everybody I talked to you about this bank will know exactly how they handle things
