“A shout out to Doug and Will at the Parsons store. I was looking for a part for my kia but orilleys didn't list it. Got a call after i left and Doug looked it up on line and found the Kia part #. Crossed it over to standard line but wouldn't be in till wed. Went in sat to pick up parts I'd ordered and talked to Will. Found out I could buy through orielly and they would pick up in Joplin and deliver to parsons. Long story short thx to these guys parts will be in by Sunday or maybe still today. Great job guys! Couldn't drive to Joplin for the small increase in cost. Many thx to Doug and Will.”

“Ernie and his team could not have been more helpful. I was driving from Denver, CO to Bentonville, AR and had a blow out 5 miles away from this Walmart on brand new tires. My lug nut key was lost, and instead of turning me away, Ernie, Jacoby, and the rest of the guys went above and beyond to help me.Ernie clocked out and took his lunch break just to go to O'Reilly Auto Parts to see if there was a lug nut key there that would work on my wheels. They did everything possible to help me and were very nice to me and my dogs. They did not have much to charge me for so only charged me for the cost of the tire plug kit.I tried to buy Ernie a gift card or give him some money and he would not accept. He suggested I make a donation to the Children's Miracle Network instead. Truly an awesome group of guys and 10/10 customer service. “i have had many vehicles repaired mechanically, as well as cosmetically at Dons Paint and Body. Don is great, and his staff is great, and ive never had any issues with work they have done. i would gladly take work there again. the painter is knowledgeable and seems to have no issues with color match and ive even seen some custom candy paint he did for a customer. they are hard working guys and gals, and if a customer was unsatisfied for any reason, don and the crew would for sure come together and discuss what needs done to make it right. freindly, knowledgeable country shop, with hard working americans making cars look good again.”
