Great job on the car, customer service after the fact is horrible. I’ve called no one ever answers and I’ve left messages no one ever calls back. My tail light needs tightened after replacement no response.

I scraped the side of my car backing out of the garage...hard to admit but true. I took it to Moore's and from the estimate to the after job pickup the whole experience was great. These people are friendly, professional and do a staggeringly good job of making your car look like you never had that senior moment at all. I wasn't surprised that they erased the evidence of my mistake, but I was really pleased that they went the extra mile and cleaned and polished my five year old car so that it looked like it did the day we bought it. Logan was kind and professional in helping me, and the owner even drove me home himself when I dropped it off. Great place! Highly recommend.

Had a 1 car accident. They took care of having my car towed in and made the whole process between them and the insurance so easy. My car was there before a big snow storm came in and lot's of wrecks on the hyway and they still finished it before all others.
I would recommend Moore's to anyone I talk to.

Having body work done on my truck from an accident. Left it after getting an estimate for my insurance approval. Waiting to pick it up upon completion. So far it has been a very friendly and speedy process. I can't wait to see the repair & have my truck. Anyone from the Northend of Wichita knows Lonnie Moore Collision is known for great work.

Amazing business! Needed some work done after a fender bender..... excellent work to vehicle, fantastic communication throughout the process and completed in very timely manner for what needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow! Blown away by the services we received! We gave them a 1 week timeline for quite a bit of body/mechanical work. Not only did they meet our expectations BUT exceeded them! Great guys! I couldn't afford full repair right now, but they did a quick touch up of the paint for me on my new (to me) car. They would not take any payment. I've decided I will not go anywhere else. They have earned my trust and more importantly my business. I'll be back for paying work. Thanks.

All around good people with a small town feel. Brought my car in for a minor dent i wanted fixed and they refused payment since it was a quick fix. Sweet little shop dog as a bonus to keep me company while I waited.
