I went to the Burger King that was inside. Dined in. Friendly staff. Order was correct. The store itself was nice and clean. Well stocked. Bathroom was clean. This is a perfect stop for dining and helpful with being a convenience store.

Absolutely the most unprofessional ran gas station I’ve been to. The manager was beyond rude and when asked to help became irate. Quicktrip is a mile down the road. They are a little more expensive but at least they run a consistent business.

Every time I go here the service is terrible. I only went there recently to receive a discount on gas but was told by staff they aren't affiliated with Kroger (even though the gas tank screen asked if I had a Dillons Plus card) but they have their own rewards program. Will never go again. I've never seen anyone close to professional working there.

I went to this location on Saturday 5/18 at 1:30am. I go to this location because they have the ATM that I need so I choose to go there to get my cigs and gas as well. Even though it's 15-20 minutes out of my way. When I arrived the doors were locked. There was two cars in the parking lot but nobody to be seen inside. Very inconvenient. Very annoying. If there's a reason that they closed maybe try putting a sign on the door that way your customers know what's going on and then they don't get mad and leave you bad reviews. Or if they're just closing for no reason then I hope the manager sees this and it doesn't happen anymore.

Picked up butter, opened it...completely moldy. Look at the date..expired on April 7th, 2023!! 5.99 wasted, and can't even reach the store on the phone!

If you want to be ripped off by employees and yelled at by the manager for asking why one she hasn't looked in to me no recieving what I paid for on March 20th. Then the assistant manager goes around telling everyone business and the new manager Whitney yells at a customer being me asking why I haven't recieved my $$ back but she gave my phone number to her employees and there harassing me. Corporate not taking it seriously I guess I will just have to call the police about all this.theft and harrasment.

I won $100 on a scratch ticket and tried to cash it in. Well the clerk tells me that they can't cash it. I was like why not? She said that it's part of their store policy that they can not cash anything I've $50. I asked where I could go to cash it and she did not know.So I asked her if I spent some of it in the store if they could cash in my ticket?The clerk told me that I would have to spend $60 in their store to be able to cash my ticket. I was like I don't need $60 worth of anything that Kwik Shop has, I said that I need groceries from someplace cheaper than what they sell their groceries for.Well since she already scanned my ticket into their system I was kind of stuck. So my friend that I happen to be riding with got $40 in fuel some Black and Mild wood tip Jazz smokes, we both got a drink and a nachos and I spent the $60 I had to to get what I had just won. And $40 really doesn't go that far at Aldi's or Walmart, but if I could have had the whole $100 that I had won, that would have helped and gone a hell of a lot further than what I had left to spend.So is it just me, or didn't there used to be a certain amount that stores had to be able to pay out in winning lottery tickets when they were an authorized Lottery location selling Lottery tickets?

Whatever happened to good customer service? We went into get fuel and snacks tonight. The young girl working was talking to another employee and cussing about what ,I'm guessing is another employee not coming in and being F in lazy and nothing wrong with her husband. First off ,I heard the cussing from this young girl when we walked in and it continued. Really do you condone that sort of behavior. Or does management just not care that your customers are hearing these cuss words in front of small children??

I wanted to make this my go to for gas and the extras. Today there was only one person on register there was a long line, but I patiently waited and the line great and grew finally my turn and she said she couldn't take my 100 dollar bill because she didn't have enough change, unfortunately I did not have anything smaller, so I thought maybe I could purchase a cinnamon roll at cinnabon they wouldn't even let me order anything., because they were receiving their truck. This was about 10:30AM who is running this place, what a waste of time. Drove over to QT and no problem
