Some of the worst customer service I have dealt with trying to run my business. On top of acting as if I am an inconvenience every time I have been to this place to spend money the last time they didn't even do what I specifically asked them to do. I took in eight trailer tires to be balanced. I SPECIFICALLY told them to check for balance beads and if there were any to remove them. Instead they added gobs of weight to the wheels and said " man these took alot of weight". When asked about checking for the balance beads I was told they had NOT looked. I have never seen wheels with this many weights added to them.

We were on a 5K mile round trip from Florida to West Yellowstone in our motor home. On the way back, noticed rear dually tires were low. Thanks to Store Manager Butcher, got us taken care off.

Have duallys on the rear end of my motorhome. The inside tire separated and caused the outside tire to go bald while on our way back from KC. Randall Orr got us in quickly, and efficiently to where we were there maybe an hour. Checked the old tires for us and found the problems were definitely caused by the separation in the tire. Cost to complete this whole task was way under what I was quoted. Thank you Kansasland Tire and Randall for the expert handling of our vehicle.

We had a flat tire on our Mustang and I remembered passing Kansasland Tire right off I-135 near Park City. Called them talked to Randall, friendly and professional. Quickly able to find our tire and was able to get it in same day. Walked in the front office with my wheel and shredded tire, they had my new tire waiting, and they quickly grabbed it and got to work. In and out fast. Didn’t realize that location is primarily commercial focused but that made no difference……completely customer focused. Refreshing! Nice job Kansasland!

Called Kansas land tire for a service call to fix a blow out for one of my service vans. Was told it would be $191.25 over the phone, then was charged $660.56. Very misleading

Great service at a great price. Will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future. If you need any tire work done including skid steer tire or tube repair I highly recommend them.

Great service, great price! Took my RV to the Grand Canyon and drove the worst roads ever. The giant pot holes knocked the alignment out. Made an appointment at Kansasland in Park City. In and out in a little over an hour for an alignment and tire rotation. $168!!!!! Highly recommend!
