My whole family been with this agency for so many years but lately they have been lacking in customer service and the way they always handle each of our policy etc. it’s sad to say that my parents have to call the 1-800 number just to pay for their insurance because they never answer their phone calls unless you leave a voicemail but when you do leave a voicemail sometimes they don’t return the calls unless you keep calling Multiple times!When they do respond back it’s always through text and even with text messages they Will respond very unprofessionally.Glad I was able to move my parents to a new agency.

Worst State Farm agent ever! I went with them when they had an agent Stephanie for my house & car. She was great, but is no longer there. I have been trying to get car insurance for a new car for over a week now. Have spoken with a man 3 separate occasions & told each time he’d call me back with the quotes. Still haven’t received a response. Was told yesterday from Zach that he would get the folder from the gentleman and call me back. Still nothing. Spoke to a woman today & was told Zach was the only man that works there. She apologized & said she’d make sure he calls back immediately. Almost 5& still no call back. My sister dealt with the same thing from this agent. I will be taking my business elsewhere along with the rest of my family

Cindy and her staff are amazing!!!You can get your ins set up through texting and have it completed in just a few mins!!! They always return your calls or your text messages promptly!!! They are super friendly!!!

Called for a quote on a new vehicle, had to leave a message, I received a call while the new vehicle was being delivered so asked if I could call back in 10 minutes, she said okay.I called back....had to leave another message, then received an email quote.Emailed back asking if I could bundle with my home. After a week, I still don't have an email or a call back.Took my business elsewhere. Can't imagine how difficult it would be to make a claim with this agency if I ever needed to.

The complete staff is greatly appreciated by my company. I say that because at one time or another, they've had to meet needs on many levels from policies, competitive premiums and claims. All, always respond in fast and friendly service. They even email docs for us to those who need them concerning our coverage information.
