This is the best vet ever. I have been to a few now that I wasn’t too impressed with, but have been very happy every time I’ve had to bring my dogs in. They receive the best care, and the staff treats them like they’re their own. I’ve been here for new puppy care, regular vet check ups, and for an emergency when my older dog was really sick (they were able to get her in same day) and they are always knowledgeable and ready to help. Dr Erin and Dr Lori great, along with all the assistants and front staff. Prices are VERY fair. I would highly recommend!

All this place does is milk you, don't come here it may have been good back in the day but not anymore, had a vet tech essentially tell me I'd be lucky if my golden retriever lives more than four years because it didn't cost thousands of dollars. And if your dog is actually sick they can get you in a few days later at best. F this place

I am not sure I have the words to express my level of gratitude to this wonderful place. From the moment I walked in, I was treated kindly, professionally, and quickly. We experienced top notch care by knowledgeable staff who made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. I could feel the instant love Dr Lori had for my sweet Sapphire. The staff communicated very well with each other making the client/patient experience exceptionally smooth. It is clear they all love their jobs and their furry patients.

I made an appt to bring my cat in because he was unable to keep his food down. When I got to the clinic, I accidentally forgot my mask and asked if it was okay to go back home to retrieve it, since I only live 1 mile from the clinic. The office staff said I would have to reschedule my appt and I stated I didn't have the time to take off, due to having exhausted it for cancer problems. She said I still had to reschedule. When I left and was almost out the door, she hollered "Sorry about that!", but I can tell you it was NOT sincere. I replied back, "I doubt it", and she stated "Have a nice day!" Most people know what "Have a nice day" really means. To the veterinarians who occupy this clinic - if you wish to have repeat business, you might want to look into hiring someone who's professional and possesses compassion. There was NO valid reason for this unprofessional behavior. NONE.

Staff is disrespectful and condescending. Ever since the new owner took over it’s gone down hill. They’re all too happy to charge you for services that they know are irrelevant to your pet’s issue. They charged me $600 to clean my cat’s teeth, but conveniently waited until after the bill was due to inform me that he actually had a fatal form of cancer instead of a dental issue. They treated me like an animal abuser who doesn’t know how to take care of animals.

We have used Chisholm Trail Vets all the way back to 1980s. Really liked the old vet team but as the years and pets passed, I started to question. My last experience was 15 year old cat with simple thyroid deficiency. It should have been obvious to me but I trusted the vet tech's blood work but I was never told thyroid...There were other issues too about the care for my dogs too. But if your older cat starts to drop weight fast, do make sure thyroid is included on the testing. One vet visit at the last, "Do you want me to kill it?" My poor cat had lost so much weight she was 1/2 size at 6lbs and but tearing around happily and jumping so I was okay as long as she was in no pain. I just wanted to check out a limp which the vet technicians nicely agreed to x-ray for me. Nothing was wrong inside, I just made it easier to get onto the couch and bed...Now that whole DR's office has switched over, if you wonder, you probably should get a second opinion...

I've loved every encounter we've had at Chisholm Trail. Dr. Brittany and Dr. Kelly and their staff really care about both Brandy and Peter, and have gone above and beyond to make sure they were always taken care of. They listen to my concerns and even gave a follow up phone call after Peter had a two day stay at their facility for pancreatitis. I feel blessed they are close and care about animals. Thank you all for what you do!

The ladies here have always been incredibly kind and professional towards myself and my pup. They do their best to squeeze me in during times of need. Also, I appreciate the cleanliness of this clinic. Dr. Lori and Dr. Kelly are full of good information and help me care for my dog the best way possible. I would recommend them to anybody who is maybe seeking this kind of care and support from a local veterinary office.
