Lady was rude. Talked to me like I was 5 years old. Unpleasant experience at #6129No changes in attitude in this location. Still one of the worst ran locations I've ever seen. I have bad knees and was waiting for a pickup and received an email two hours before stating it was ready. Guess what...it wasn't. My knees were throbbing with the standing I had to do for too long.

Store staff was extremely helpful. AutoZone must stop purchasing Sylvania light bulbs! Sylvania has had multiple class-action lawsuits that either found them guilty or they settled out-of-court because they make terrible products. They do not last as long as Sylvania stated, or they flat out do not work. Sylvania products are terrible and cost AutoZone customers hundreds if not thousands of dollars a year in collaterale damage, because they make inferior products that create a revolving door of customers. MY LAST PURCHASE FROM AUTOZONE & SYLVANIA!

Went in for a 2015 Chevy Camaro needing a new air filter and oil filter. They gave me the wrong parts for both. Took back the ones they gave me and they said they would process my refund, it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my refund back and they keep trying to tell me that they don't see my purchase in their history. Never going back there again. Went in store and the lady there told us she could not do anything for us unless we had the receipt but of course we gave back the receipt when first returning the items. Ended up going to the one on rock and they gave us back a refund.
