I can not speak to the negative reviews but so far I have ordered 2 knives they shipped fast I had them in two days the knives where good quality and at a reasonable price couldn't ask for more.

seems this is the last place I can leave a review, already did everywhere else! Today received my third order. All three orders arrived within two days, and I saved around 300$ total buying here, really needed now around Christmas.. these knives appear to be American made, engraved with "USA" on them, regardless the ones I got are quality, work well are heavier duty, and very sharp! Other similar were more expensive and "out of stock" elsewhere with other sellers. I'd had a question about tracking which was answered promptly professionally, and I'm happy with purchases completely! I will recommend Direct absolutely. I only got these three switches, but one other time from steel river got a knife turned out to be "assisted" open and single edge, no point on it and dull! Direct knives are the real otf d/a switchblades, and surprisingly inexpensive. I'll be back for more stuff.

This company is great. i ordered over $500 in knives and all of them were in working condition. They shipped the items out the same day i bought them and they got to me very quickly. I have read the many reviews on here but i dont believe what i am reading. What the reviews say arent correct in my books. I will definately be buying more knives from direct knife sales. They have great service, fast shipping and the pricing on their knives cannot be beat.

I see many negative comments here.I have made over a dozen orders with this company and always been pleased.I've spoken to the owner several times, and he has made good on any small mistakes that have been made.Even as far as to send me a prepaid shipping stamp.They have a great selection at a low cost.Seems to me the discouraged people here didn't make the effort needed to get a good outcome, and are just venting frustrations.I would give 10 stars if possible.

I have had a great experience with this company. I have ordered from many other knife companies online but none as fast or as great of service as i got from this company. There were a few items i needed to add to the order. I contacted them through email with a very fast response to what i needed. I ordered a few hundred dollars in knives and they came quickly. Upon opening the box everything was packed well. i have found a new place with great service online. This site is top notch. Thank you direct knife sales! I will be back for more.

After I placed order seller provide order number,but I never received tracking information,my emails never been answered,after two weeks I open dispute through PayPal, in less than one minute after I opened dispute seller cancel my order.Don’t waste your time with this seller

Purchased two knives, one was the one I ordered the other was not the one I ordered at all. Emailed them right away and they responded right away. Sent me a shipping label to return the wrong knife and said upon receiving the return, they would send me the correct item if available or would refund me. I have bought alot of knives online, tacknives, mega knife, blade addict, grindworx, blade hq, etc. Only had a couple of issues but most companies would send the correct item straight away and then charge if the return wasn't recieved. Considering the knife they sent was a cheap one (around $25) most reputable companies would just say keep it for the trouble. I ended up purchasing the one I originally wanted again so I wouldn't have to wait but probably won't be ordering from them again.update- reordered the knife I wanted but apparently was out of stock or something, not sure , after a week of waiting for them to ship they just cancelled the order,no explanation, definitely won't be ordering any more products from this store. Also waiting on a refund for the original wrong item sent, very disappointed in experience with this store.

I buy key chain butterfly knives and cheap butterfly knives they are all great i've bought some OTF made in china don't work well but if you want a good one buy more expensive ones.stiletto's are awesome works well and for the price can't beat it. Will be buying more soon just wish you could pick it up shipping is a killer for me.Thanks Everyone be safe

Knives came in the mail pretty quick. Within 3 days I got them! The quality of the knives are ok. Not the best...but not the worst. The tip of my Italian stiletto has a chip in it. But I can work with it. The mini key chain Italian stiletto is cute works fine. It’s also very hard to close the knifes after opening...but I still like them! :) *I will give another star if my husband likes the knives when he gets them on Father’s Day!
