don't buy from Victory Chevy of Paola Kansas . my son , who is a first responder and serves his community , bought a used truck from victory Chevy of paola . He got it home and had multiple issues . He went back to the dealership to basically have them say - too bad! very disappointed . don't buy from them. I will be writing on as many social medias as I can to spread this information.

Do not buy Mini Coopers from this dealership! I purchased a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S 79K miles on 4/15/23. An engine replacement, flat gasket, stud bolt, flange nut, thermostat housing, thermostat, pressure gasket, exhaust gasket and #4 coil replacement at this dealership. Then we returned the car again to the dealership because the engine was emitting gray smoke and they could not get it started so they had to take it to Baron Mini on 8/2/23. Barron had to install a new battery, water pump, front main shaft seal replacement, oil pan gasket, timing chain, chain guide rail, slide rail and chain tensioner at 81K. Baron recorded video showing the 3 visible leaks and the timing belt chain being broken including from the water pump after the dealership dropped the car off at Baron We questioned the dealership about multiple times leaks and the pump multiple times. Not sure how they didn't see them since they were clearly visible in the video on the initial inspection. Not sure how you replace an engine and don't notice that the chain guides are broken and the timing chain needs to be replaced. We have not been able to drive this car for 3 and a half months since we bought this car other than to drive it to the dealership for repairs. Purchased multiple used cars from multiple dealerships in the past. Worst experience I have every had with a car.

Worse dealership ever!!! Never buy used from them without checking obsoletely everything. When you drive away they are done with you and will not offer any help even if you break down 1 block away from buying. They will tell you that you bought as is with no warranty. They will diagnose it for $250 then offer to charge you to fix. They tell you that they do a complete check of all electrical and mechanical component's of the car and everything works. So if don't check everything out for yourself find the faults yourself before buying they will not offer to fix at no cost. I had loose steering components but they assured me they did a inspection and it was okay well it was not. I forgot to test the radio and navigation during my test drive by tried to use as I was leaving after my purchase and neither worked I called the and they refused to fix unless I paid to have it done. After arguing with them for over 2 hours they would diagnose for free and call me how much it would be to fix. After more argument the did fix for free but would not fix suspension. Also most of the control buttons were stuck and did not work I fixed it myself. After the sale they do no care about the customer of customer service. Buyer beware do not buy used for this dealership. I think they buy junk at auctions an do a detail and quick flip you know lipstick on a pig and I fell for it.

Horrible experience buying a car here! We bought a chevy cruze and the day after we got it the check engine light appeared the workers were absolutely no help. We live about 40 minutes away and they told us we needed to come to them over 5 TIMES!! for the check engine light never going off. Time after time the light came back on 30 minutes to an hour after leaving and the problem never being fixed. It came to the point of were we just wanted a different car. (Mind you we had to pay for EVERY single fix and then never offering help, despite selling us a car they couldn't fix themselves) We eventually got to trade in the Cruze for a ford escape. This car is also horrible over $1200 in repairs later and there are still problems coming up. I would run far away from this dealership. The salesmen are very pushy and refuse to work with you.

If 0 stars was an option that is what I would rate this place!! They DON'T deserve a star. We are from out-of-state. We wanted to purchase a used SUV. We were told that it could be delivered to us with a delivery fee, which we totally expected (and were willing to pay!). My husband was told that the papers were being worked up and would be emailed to him by 2:00 PM to sign and get the deal finalized. By 4:15 PM, he hadn't heard from them. He spoke with Tanya and Taylor. I'm not sure which one didn't send the papers as discussed. The cherry on top of this beyond hideous experience was being told "sorry, someone else is currently test driving" when he checked in after not receiving the documents. Whoever test drove it did not purchase it but documents were still not sent to us. This morning he reached out again and was told that it sold to someone else. We spent our entire day working on this purchase, only to have the car that we were pre-approved to purchase sold out from under us. Financing through them was even discussed to get the deal done. Jordan was the 3rd person that my husband spoke with and was actually helpful. He let us know that the SUV we wanted was back on the lot yesterday and all sales personnel were with other customers. Since we aren't locals, we were pushed completely aside. Such a shame! Do not trust this dealership!

Michael in the Service department is the absolute man! He had my work truck in and completely done within 24 hours. It had sat at the other local shops for days on end.

Service Department is absolutely the best. For over 6+ years they have serviced our vehicles (Sierra Denalis & Corvettes). Sales was the best until Victory purchased Lang Chevrolet. Waiting 2+ months for a call back from New Car manager to purchase new truck. Left multiple voice messages and emails.

Great experience buying not so great experience tagging. Due to sales tax error miscalculation. DMV kicked me out of line due to his error and time getting corrected. Even called to tell them I was at desk waiting on them. Unacceptable.

I love the community support provided by this dealership. They are always willing to help in any way they can. Everyone there is so friendly and easy to work with. We’ve been loyal customers since, well, since forever! Although my “new” truck is now five years old, and we aren’t ones to trade often, Lang’s can rest assured that when the time comes, they’ll be the only dealership we visit.
