Because of the professionalism \u0026 empathy of the staff. I had originally completed my tax returns online, but for some reason it the federal return kept rejecting. I explained that to my H\u0026R Block tax pro (Ramona Willig) at the branch and she completed my taxes \u0026 the Tax Returns were accepted.

Excellent help; especially letting me know how much capital gain I take this year and still have it taxed at the 0% LT CG rate. Calling the office in December really helped me this year.
