I can see charging $10 to launch during the peak seasons but not when it's dead! Think I was the only one Sat and the lake was crowded. Maybe $5???The word is out....and many are going elsewhere..The staff there is awesome!

Great cabin with a great view. The only thing that was bad was trying to find the place. The road is tucked away and is washed out really bad but someone reached out to us to make sure we found it so its all good.

Take your own hotspot ,bluetooth or log into your own movie account if kids plan on watching tv or movies.Cabin has several boardgames to play the after a longday of tubing.Plenty room for 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. Love the open floor space for air mattress.cabin has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, washer dryer. If you don't want to cook Mulligans Restraunt always has good food. The beds are comfortable, I wish I could live there the entire summer.I think they should build a few more cabins at the end of the dock by the pick nick tables facing the water, the view would be amazing.

Awesome as always. We just went tonight before the storm had our last rum and cheeseburger for the season. Staff at Mulligans on the lake are our all time favorites. Good food, awesome rum runners and the best staff. Can't wait till next summer for favorite place to open again. The Newtons

Our group had a great time on the lake with a rented pontoon. The boat was brand new (as of August 2023), and had plenty of room for our party of 9. The marina staff was friendly and helpful. We rented the small tube (2 people) to go with the boat, and we had a great day.

Went here for early lunch. The food was good, sandwich was pretty big and good size chicken strips, kind of plain. I don't like how the mustard, ranch and barbecue sauce containers were just thrown on the food. Doesn't look good and I don't think it's very Hygienic. The wait time for the food was about 20in. Priced right, not to expensive. Than I had to go use the restroom, I ended up not, toilet was pretty scary. I did have to wash my hands and I was kind of afraid and grossed out to turn the water on because the sink an faucet were really nasty. After all this is a restaurant, they prepare my food.

Comes across as more family oriented than the marina on the east side of the lake. It’s pretty quiet, not a lot of hooting and hollering. There are some flag wavers but they’re mostly contained on the west side. Restaurant has good food when it’s open, the service can be dicey. Marina Manager Denise is helpful and easy to deal with. I’ve dealt with the mechanics a couple times though, not a passing grade there.

Fished off the empty boat docks, ($5 charge), nice day, fishing was fair. People in the store were friendly!

Always a treat feeding the fish in front of the store. Restaurant is awesome. Would definitely be five stars if they spend some time and money on their tie up dog/slips for customers entering from the water. Not very many rubber protector bumper's intact or even there. Which makes boat owners like myself cringe every time we attempt or think about tying up and visiting their establishment. I wonder how much business they actually lose.

rented a room at the "motel," NOT a motel. When you show pictures, you see another door in the room NOT THE BATHROOM! I reserved asked if handicap accessible was told yes, ok having a ramp does NOT make it accessible. Check in tell them NEVER been here as i grew up in the area was back for reunion wanted to support local business this was a HUGE slap in my face for that. If you stay at "motel" you SHARE BATHROOM with everyone who checks in, docks there and all. Bathroom was stool, sink, shower 4 of them in total. 1 only toilet worked, 2nd one you open the door, and the port-a-potty smell blows you away,3rd go to take shower and it is full of mosquitoes, spiders and curtain half up from bottom FULL OF MOLD. Heck i could have just jumped in lake and got a better shower. When i return to my room on the 1st night the GATE to the dock was closed and locked?! WTH?!! Management NEVER told me about this how do i get to my room? No one answered phone, called security people as well no answer shook gate only had key to my room but there was no key slot for it to try. Went back to my truck very UPSET, PISSED OFF and MAD!!! Got to looking at keychain my room key was on and found a grey plastic circle thing, so gathered my things and headed back to the gate. 20+ minutes and still no return phone call, email or message from anyone with this establishment. I found a tan plastic plate cover with a red light in the middle i waved my hand nothing, tried the "grey plastic circle thing" and boom gate opened. WOW THANKS A LOT FOR TELLING ME ABOUT THIS!! I was so done with this place that if i could have dropped my key off and got my $$ back i would have that night. Lots of extras as well in fine print. NO REFUNDS, take out your own trash or get charged extra, take out your towels and wash clothes or get charged...so how the HECK is this a MOTEL?!! I have NEVER had to take out my laundry, trash or share a bathroom with anyone at a MOTEL!! In a boarding house why YES, that makes sense. They should tell you all of this on their website, but they don't or make it clear to you when you make reservations. Plus, they should make sure to tell you of how to open gate, that it will close at a certain time. Oh, and that there are only lights from docked boats to show you the way on the dock once you are past the gate. So, you are walking in dark on floating dock/ramp with little or no light and you are handicap well don't miss step or over you go into the lake hope you don't hit your head on anything on way over. Totally unsafe, hazardous, dirty and wouldn't even refer my worst enemy to stay here. ZERO, is the best rating i could give unless you can let me leave -*

Lots of slips open no boats yet. We enjoyed our pontoon boat for first time. Today was my birthday spent with family and friends. Perry lake is big enough to enjoy rides and fishing! Marina shop friendly and repair shop fixed our boat to use and store
