Brought my (late) tax return in without an appointment after a competitor tax service was closed for the season. Bill not only got me in immediately, but he finished my return by the end of the day and charged a better price than I was expecting. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. After my experience today, I will use this business to file my tax returns in the future and recommend them to others for tax services.

This review may be a bit lengthy so in advance my apologies, yet I felt its important to know about my recent experience at World Class Unlimited primarily with the owner Eric. Bill Hundell is the tax preparer I have used here for years even going back more than 10 years. I recently referred my son there for more complicated tax issues. Bill reached out on 4/18 to let us know the taxes were ready for signatures and be filed. Because the filing multiple years and complications the invoice was a little higher than my son expected. But Bill was kind of gracious and OFFERED us a convenient payment plan (we didnt ask for it ...it was offered) We appreciatively agreed. HERE is where things take a BAD turn, The owner Eric Kratty calls me very irritated and says he cannot accept the payment plan Bill gave us and states "We work hard and expect to get paid when the work is done" and continues on a rant as if my son and I are some kind of low class losers. I listened to Eric and then tried to explain that we had been customers for years and that I knew Bill had worked with us in the past and we appreciated it. And I understood Eric's position on this...BUT Before I could get that out of my mouth Eric states in a raised voice " I DONT GIVE 2 SHITS ABOUT THAT OR WHAT WE DID IN THE PAST!" and HUNG UP on me! I was Completely STUNNED and at a loss for words! So I drove WCU to see deal with what just happened to see Eric standing in the front lobby. Immediately he was confrontational and had no remorse for his lack of professionalism, hanging up on me or anything and as a matter of fact stated his co-owned father whom I've never met would of said the same thing to me! Unbelievable! He complained that he had been working 4 weeks straight and blah blah a lot of hours and I reminded him we have jobs as well and also work hard which he dismissed. I also reminded him I have been a point of revenue for years at the business and that you just don't treat people like this, especially loyal ones as I have been. I have referred people there, done business there and my son who has investments was looking at possibly using WCU to help with this....Eric's reply..."he didnt care!" So I guess the moral of the story here is if you do business here don't expect professionalism, loyalty or be appreciated for the money I have invested with them...loyalty means nothing to ERIC. I got zero apologies, I got no hey "lets try to work this out" and we appreciate you...nothin! If he had simply called me and stated something along the line professionally "Rusty unfortunately we cannot accept what Bill offered you in a payment plan but lets figure out one or this is our policy and we need to stay with that" in a calm professional way he would still have a couple customers. NO MORE! In Bill's defense he apologized profusely to me and let me know he told Eric that was wrong and that's not how you treat people. My son and I had alot of places we could have went to get this service and we chose WCU...bad decision now. We took our forms and decided not to use them to file our taxes. Bill is a great guy and very good at what he does so I recommend him but the owner Eric will never see another penny from me or anyone I know. One bad experience tells 200 people, 1 great one tells 10. I did explain I would write this review and once again he stated "he didn't care" . So there you have it...make your own decision if you want this company representing you because long term you wont be appreciated by ownership!

I have had my taxes done here for several years. Erik, Bill, Walter and Kathy are always a joy to deal with. This year Erik went above and beyond to get my taxes completed. I highly recommend World Class!

There's a few feelings out there that I'd just as soon never experience... Flashing red and blue lights blinding your rear view mirror, receiving a medical bill six months after the fact, and getting a piece of mail from the IRS. I was in the latter position recently, with an audit from an old tax return that I had done myself. I contacted WCU as I used to work in the area and trusted them, and they knocked it out of the park. Not only did I not owe anything, the government and state owed me something...score! I sent everything electronically, they kept me in the loop as they went through it, and then packaged everything nicely with envelopes and instructions to get this handled.It was also done very quickly, especially during a late filing season during the 2020 madness. I've already made arrangements to have them handle our family's taxes each year, because it's time to concede the fact that doing it yourself is a headache.
