Employee Christina is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. Owner/management clearly doesn't care that she is hostile to customers, check the other reviews.

Took my daughter shopping for homecoming today. One associate was very nice the other not so much. Store had only been open maybe 15 minutes and this girl Christina was running around talking to herself complaining about how she was so over working there. Snipping at customers in the dressing room about bringing there no’s out to be returned and keep it clean for other customers… Didn’t think much of it not my business. Anyway we come back to get a dress off hold and she’s ignoring us then walking off. Okay cool I grabbed the dress so my daughter could retry it on to make her final decision. We finally go to check out and she asks for our email. I say no thanks I don’t want to give mine and she snaps at me well then all sales are final. I said okay… she rings the dress in but missed the jewelry my daughter gives it to her and she’s huffing and puffing taking security tags off. So I grab the bag and as I’m walking away she’s like did she really need to snatch it from me… Didnt nobody snatch anything from her. Store has some cute clothes, at affordable prices, some staff need to work on customer service or a change in job. I had read the reviews prior to coming there so I was already prepared for not the best customer service. But to see the same girl mentioned in reviews from months ago is sad. People have bad days all the time but repeat reviews on the same employee means someone needs to make changes. I won’t be returning.

Came in to return a dress within 14 days with tag and receipt and was told I couldn’t because of signs of wear. I didn’t argue or have an attitude, but the lady went out of her way to repeat “yeah I can tell this has been worn” (meaning the tag was wrinkled and there were loose threads, and I know for a fact that there were already loose threads in the dress before I had even tried it on, but I can understand), and was needlessly rude. Not that it’s required but she made no attempt to make any sort of small-talk while thoroughly inspecting the dress, and was just cold overall, wish I had gotten her name. I understand y’all’s policy and made no effort to challenge it but she went out of her way to loudly make me feel ridiculous for the attempt, and definitely unwelcome. Don’t think I’ll ever return here (oak park mall location) again !

I would give 0 star if there was one. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I would rather go to the other location, which is too far.

Please please don’t order online. Beware some of the items descriptions are very misleading. One of the items I received had a black stain on it. The dresses were a mess. I called customer service and she was rude. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Why are Windsor representatives getting paid to answer the phones. The only option is to get a return that will take 2-10 days! Warning you can’t complete a exchange in the store! Very ignorant! Its the same store rather online or in store! No apologies no nothing! Don’t be fooled by the lesser prices because you won’t receive good quality clothing. There will be no empathy if you receive stained or damaged items!

Even though the store was busy with everyone looking for a prom dress, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we were in and out within the hour. And the prices were great for my budget for the day.

Don’t take a dress back without a tag, they won’t take it back, even if you have the receipt. My bad, on the clearly stated policy. Learn from my mistake! lol.

I could not believe the rudeness of the staff here. Christina (name on the receipt) was absolutely the worst . She was speaking to people in the store in an aggressive condescending tone and once she tried it with me I was out. They seriously need work on their customer service

Roma is so sweet. She helped my friend get her dresses. Even though I was more there to help pick out a dress for someone else, Roma made me feel welcomed in the store to try on clothes and welcomed me to sit down. She was running around the store to help as many customers as she could and still watched out for me. Her attitude is so kind and helpful. Not a big fan of the dresses on myself which is why I had to take a star off… but Roma made my day. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. This store had gone downhill. They have a new staff often but it doesn’t matter because they are all so rude. I’ve been in there many times and it doesn’t matter what time of day they always have the impression that they don’t want you there. I came in once last minute because they were closing early and I thought they closed later. I checked the mallhours and they did not post any holiday hours. I came in to look for a dress and never again will I spend money here. I was made to feel awful the whole time. This is a constant issue. The majority of the time they are rude and unwelcoming.
