Female drive thru worker is cranky and rude. 4/12 630pm. Food was decent but my burger was far from fresh and for $15 for a combo meal I expect better. with these crazy prices, they need to improve service and food freshness. no one ever responds to these reviews so apparently they're not very serious about correcting issues. so the employees can continue to act however they want.

I would add a screen shot of the time this place opens but screw it. The black lady is super nice I come almost every morning. Anytime the guy works here though he says they don’t open till 7. So either googles lying or he is. I’m leaning more towards him.

I have tried to eat here twice this month. I get a 30 minute lunch break. Apparently they only take 1 order at a time. Would have spent an hour in there had i waited. This is not fast food

The workers here have the WORST customer service!! I don’t recommend. Also they are very unsanitary. Ive watched the employees scoop fries out of the fryer with bare hands, touching some of the fries, then processing to put the contaminated fries in ppl’s bags…?ive been yelled at, ignored, and etc at this location all on different visits. Their disrespect & uncleanliness is NOT worth the fast food??♀️

Got food from the drive through. Rude from the very beginning. After getting my food and arriving back at my hotel, I discovered they forgot my fries and the sour cream for my sour cream and chive baked potato. I was okay with it until I went to give my girlfriend her frosty where we discovered a booger with a hair sticking out of it. Absolutely terrible service and food. Id get a refund but I refuse to deal with their workers after such an atrocious display of service. Highly recommend you don't eat here.

I tryed this wendys for the first time in a long time of not having wendys in a while due to bad expiriances with staff being rude well low and behold this staff is no better than the one on metcalf super rude staff and my order got messed up i so enjoy wendys but i cant eat there cause i know the staff will be rude and my order will be messed up and even when i try to get it fixed there super rude about it, i get part time jobs suck but if im not rude to you please dont be rude to me.

The employees are nice and the food is fine, but god they really need to replace the speaker/microphone in the drive thru. The poor employees can’t hear anyone! Makes the wait so much longer too since we have to repeat ourselves multiple times :-(

Right off the highway - a good place to swing through for a grab and go meal. I have not been inside so I can not tell you about that. The drive through folks have always gotten my order correct. Getting in and out of the parking lot is less convenient than the overall location. You will see what I mean if you choose to visit.

I dined in for lunch. I chose this location for quietness and proximity to 435. It appeared that the kitchen was having some sort of slow-down. Counter help apologized.

Hats off to this staff! My daughter and I went after her Archery class across the street. There was an unhappy customer who was unruly regarding a beverage ? ahead of us in line. She was not being nice or clear with the gentleman at the register and requested a manager, who was not available at the time. He handled it very well, kept her calm and moved the situation along quickly, before greeting us with kindness and taking our order, which was accurate and came out quickly. While we were ordering, the manager came out and asked if the patron still needed support, to which he responded with a very brief and precise summary of how he handled the situation.The manager complimented my daughter’s red hair with excitement and joy, despite being visibly annoyed about the previous customer’s behavior towards her staff, and remained kind! It was an all around positive experience.Kid-friendliness: Kind to my daughter and complimented her hair.
