If I am paying $55 for a carwash and interior clean, that is called The Whole Thing, I shouldn’t be seeing dust in the vents, on the dash, on the consul, on the display screen, and mud on my spare tire. I heard them say it needed a re-wash, and they never did. Also, thank you for taking the receipt that was on the dash so we can’t get the 5 day guarantee. Do better, will not recommend or be returning.

First, my car has 3 nicks to the paint on the left rear now. Second, they did a terrible job cleaning. It looked like one half was at least wiped off, but the other entire half of the interior of the car didn't appear to have been touched. I called and immediately returned. An older man, instead of the teens, about age 35 wiped it all again so it looked improved, but not at all like a job I would expect for that price. I guess I expect too much coming from Arizona where hand wash car places cost about $13 and the car is stunning. Now I need to figure out how to fix those paint scrapes. My car is turquoise. Ugh. Never going back.

I have had excellent experience with Waterway. I have a husky and recently took a road trip with him - leaving husky hair throughout my car. They got it totally clean! They get my car cleaner than any other service in the area - and they do it with a smile! Thank you!

Usually have a good experience with this car wash but today was not one of those days. Brought in my car and left with large scratches on my trunk and driver side door. I also paid for the interior clean with cargo and they barely even touched the cargo area. Not happy with the services done today.

Awful. $50 wash and $10 tip for my center console to look the exact same (dirty), didn’t get under the seats, didn’t get in between the seats, dusty dashboard, dirty mirror, tire shine is halfway on and the rims are dirty. Detail brushes must not be used anymore. I worked for Waterway O’fallon for over 3 years when I was a kid and couldn’t imagine doing this bad of a job on a $50 whole thing plus a $10 tip. There wasn’t even a rush going on. What happened to Waterway being a high end car wash? Managers and TL’s just standing around.

I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR HERE EVER AGAIN. I paid $45 and was not satisfied with how the interior looked, I could have done a better job myself. The reason for taking my car was because I spilt milk in the back seat and the back floor mat. I was expecting that to be cleaned BUT SURPRISINGLY IT WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED. I’m just never coming back to this wash again.

It's not like a detailed interior clean, but they do a decent job of wiping down the interior and vacuuming.

They don’t have free vacuum , even if I paid $16 for car wash, I could not use any towel to wipe down the water after cleaning.

Went to waterway yesterday to get my car detailed and noticed a blue scratch on my car immediately and my car is red. I also noticed my paint chipped in that area. There was no scratches or paint chipped before I took it to waterway, and their camera said there was no scratch there either before I WENT into their carwash. I was nice and tipped the detailer and manager, didn't think he would then implied that I was a liar, and called me suspicious. He said I went directly to where the scratch was when my eyes just noticed it. It's a 2024 brand new Lexus hello! My scratches and paint chipped are from your carwash period. The camera even shows it! Evidence don't lie no matter how you think I acted like. It truly doesn't pay to be nice and kind. My advice to waterway is get better sensors for your carwash and less harsh brushes.
