This used to be my favorite Walmart, not now. I meant to purchase skull candy wireless headphones that were on clearance. I meant to pay for it in the electronics section but there were so many people so I thought no, I will just pay for it in the front. That was wrong. Mind you it is for my birthday. We get to the front of the store and I am paying for all my groceries and the headphones ring up full price so I said that was wrong. He couldn't change the price of the headphones so he asked the manager and she said that I needed to prove it. I was blown away at this. I said that the guy just handed me the headphones and all the had to do was call the electronics or go check. There was another one. The manager REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING and I went back to the electronics and bought the other one even though I had already paid for everything. It wouldn't have been hard there was so many workers that weren't working so any of them could have checked. I won't be shopping at that Walmart anymore.

Did online pickup. Arrived and picked up within 10 minutes, which was nice.

The best Walmart I’ve ever been to. Almost always well-stocked and a nice atmosphere. I live closer to the Walmart on 119th, but I drive the extra distance because this Walmart is way nicer!

Garden Center in early May -- big disappointment.
Variety of annuals & periannuals available? Not great.
Description on plant tags, some good, most tags provided very little info.
Many plants not in the best shape: broken stems, some were dry, some had mold...
Nobody available to consult with questions.
Couldn't even check out in the garden center area.
Not a single annual impatien in sight!! No hostas... No Creeping Jenny & very few sweet potato vines...
Kudos on having some plant containers outside.
Such a disappointment overall. Won't be back this spring.
(I realize you might not be able to hire employees for this area of the store, but wow... I've never seen the garden area look so neglected since you opened 20 or so years ago. ☹️ Wow.)

Hate that they barely have any cashiers for ck out. It takes forever to ck out. Pharmacy staffs r really unfriendly. Guy by the garden center at cashier s really nice n helpful

If you believe in honesty, integrity, and treating customers/people fairly I wouldn't step foot in this store. My daughter had a vehicle serviced by the auto center there and the vehicle started leaking oil after the service. She then returned and they told her they used the wrong viscosity was used (bold face lie) and it was taken care of. The car continued to leak oil, I then became involved, asked for a refund of that particular service and Informed them that I would be taking the vehicle to a shop that I trusted. They we're in agreement. The vehicle was inspected at the facility, found that Walmart had stripped the drain plug, and that it needed an oil pan. We then contacted the Auto Center manager that gave the approval to have the vehicle repaired and approved the cost. We we're to bring in receipts for the repair to the store the following day for reimbursement. I went to the store had all corresponding receipts, and I was informed that they issued a refund for their service and they we're done. Essentially to do what i thought i could or pursue them for the amount that they we're WALMART good luck. I have recorded conversations, text messages and correspondence from management. They asked me to leave their premise. The store manager (Michelle) won't return phone calls, was told she doesn't have the time for us(customers) or petty Issues like this. The front end lead(Andrea) spoke to me like I haven't been spoken to before. What is truly surprising as a Global Vice President for a large corporation is things like this, and these type of experiences happen daily in our communities. Walmart you should be ashamed of your staff and if this is truly the reflection you want on your corporation and your people I feel sorry for you. I have filed a complaint with the Kansas Attorney General, the BBB, and have filed a formal complaint with Walmart Corporate.

It's Wal-Mart. I do like the layout of the store. It usually has a great selection of merchandise. Nothing really separates it from other Walmart stores.
