The people that work here are Amazing. The very first time of me going here to get glasses, I was helped by a lady named Rose mary. Such a wonderful lady and she was the reason I went back so knowledgeable too. I have since gotten to know the older couple that works there too, just the nicest people you will ever meet. If you want great customer service this is definitely the place to go, these people are great!!!

I stopped in here to check out their selection before deciding on where to get my new prescription. I was having tires put on and hoped to do this while I waited. I ended up having issues with the tire order and had to race across the store, just as I was getting my new glasses picked out. Before I left, the optician, Rosemary G., was already going through hell with my insurer trying to get a simple answer as to how much they'd cover. She was still dealing with them when I got back, having already dealt with a dropped call, after a lengthy hold time. I was really impressed with her demeanor. Not only did she run the insurance gauntlet with grace, but she made this entire process the most stress-free part of my day. She's informative, diligent and infectiously pleasant. Look no further than this staff to get you taken care of. Thank you, Rosemary!

The service and price are good here. I have come 10 miles to this specific location for the service. At times they are very busy.

I came from another walmart vision the people in there didn't know what they were doing. This walmart vision is so helpful, caring. When i came told Norma what happened, she was so helpful. Found me some glasses that fit right, and knew how to adjust glasses. When i picked up my glasses Rosemary was nice and helpful. Norma and Rosemary went out if their way to help me. I highly recommend this walmart vision center

We are returning customers and the staff is exceptional but this Vision Center is very very cold. Might they get some heat in here? Or even a space heater?

I went to the doctor (separate from the vision center where you purchase glasses) and waited 30 minutes to see the doctor who got me in and quickly gave me my contact exam, which is likely why the prescription ended up being incorrect and blurred my vision. It took OVER THREE WEEKS for my contacts to come in. The receptionist told me my insurance would cover the glasses exam and dilation so I went ahead and did them as well, only to end up having to pay $200 out of pocket because she was incorrect. I will NEVER return to this store. I have been to other Walmart Vision Centers and never had this many problems.
