I got a long list of items. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I'd been charged for 8 of an item instead of 1, an overcharge of $50. When I returned I saw the customer service lane was closed. I went to a checkout lane and politely asked if anyone could help me with a question about my receipt. I was very flatly told "No" and then stared at until I got the courage to ask when someone would be able to help. The cashier told me Customer Service closes at 5. That was the end of their conversation with me. I said 'Okay, thanks, I'll come back another time'. Only to get my $50, then never again.

I waited for at least 15 min for someone to return to customer service counter. No one ever showed up. I asked several employees working and no one could help me. The only employees working are there to fill online orders. Several employees walked by and didn't say anything. Worst customer service!

So many employees with boxes of stuff blocking a lot of the aisles it was hard to shop. I bought potato chips & they tasted stale. Upon looking the bag over, there was a slit in the back of the bag like they cut it with box cutter when they were unpacking them. I also didn't know it was self checkout only. Not too impressed at all.
