I know there are several Walgreens located within a 15 mile radius, but this one takes the cake. The customer service is top tier, everyone is always kind and willing to help, and the store is stocked and kept clean too. Not to mention the pharmacy staff is great as well, even with being as busy as they are. If you've had a negative experience at other Walgreens pharmacy locations, I'd highly recommend trying this one. The pharmacist actually cares and listens to your concerns and the techs are always super knowledgeable and kind too!

This is the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The manager grace is one of the most rude inconsiderate people. They gave me false information over the phone and were extremely rude in person.

My husband and I moved to Prairie Village last June. We get all of our prescriptions filled at Walgreen’s Pharmacy. We find everyone there to be friendly, welcoming and professional at all times! I have enjoyed all of my interactions with Walgreen personnel. They are very helpfu.

Heidi is apparently no longer the pharmacist in charge at this location. Her alleged replacement is horrible. He is rude, condescending, and misogynistic. After I filed a formal complaint against him, he proceeded to retaliate against me in every way possible. I've been a customer of this particular location literally since it opened but no more. Avoid this location at all cost

Cashier Ray, he is always in a bad mood with me and my mom, he is always passive aggressive whenever my mom makes a mistake during the checkout process or when she asks a question he scoffs and answers in a raised voice, fire him or order him to anger management classes before me and my mom ever visit this walgreens again, my mom has epilepsy and has her own battles to deal with

Walgreens is a great store. Not only do they have a pharmacy, but many of your over the counter drug store products, dental and eye care, beauty, and snack needs can be found here. Most of the employees are very friendly!A+ from me!Happy hunting!

I have been a pharmacy customer at this Walgreens’s location for a few years. Heidi the lead pharmacist is absolutely amazing. She knows my name as soon as she sees me. She really cares and is always willing to go the extra mile whenever needed. Today she really went out of her way to assist me with a really expensive medication I couldn’t afford. She ended up saving me a bundle. She’s also just the nicest person. My mom and dad go here too and they love her as well. I also like her staff.I was a CVS customer for a lot longer and no one ever remembered me and they were usually rude. Asking a question was just not ok. The stark contrast is unbelievable.I highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone thinking of changing.
