The pharmacists and staff at this pharmacy lack customer service skills. Every time I drop my prescription they ask me mandatory questions but never a “hello”, “thank you”, nothing. They are impatient and act like “not anyone one”. My main complaint was I was in line to get my prescription in their drive thru. It was a few minutes before seven but there was a car ahead of me. It was after 7 when the car pulled out. They put a sign in the window saying there was no pharmacist on duty. This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst.

This was my second attempt at purchasing photos. Both times my orders were not ready and I was met with nothing but a list of excuses. The staff were arguing amongst each other in front of me over my missing photo order. I was incredibly uncomfortable and won’t be back.

I ist only this pharmacy for my medications because I'm treated so well! I love the friendly customer service I get from Trevor and all the pharmacists. Everyone there is totally competent and efficient. Highly recommend

The Pharmacist is completely rude, disrespectful, and spiteful. For some reason, she doesn't read scripts properly. I was completely disappointed.

My total came to $1.07, I gave the clerk $20 plus .7 cents. He said he could not take the .7 because he had punched in the $20. He tried to give me back $1, I had to explain to him that my change should be $19. He called his manager..duh. A 3rd grader could figure that out.

I just left after being completely disrespected and passive aggressively put down by cashier Kaila. I simply asked why my return couldn’t be done at this location as my items were purchased in Wichita. She told me “ I don’t know what to tell ya… either you go back to the Walgreens where you bought them or you can come back in the morning and talk to someone else. I told her there must be something you can do—tags are on with matching receipt within 30 days. She didn’t seem to understand why the register wasn’t taking the items either. Shrugged her shoulders and said. “I don’t know—they are Valentine seasonal items and said “it’s not just want I can’t do — but what I won’t do”. Gathering my things and putting them back in my bag, I said “alright but I’m not coming back in the morning — but thanks anyway”. Kaila replies “ YEP, YOU GO HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE”.I am dumbfounded. For whatever reason, what should have been a simple exchange of information, this incredibly rude employee was triggered by my follow up questions to understand the inconvenience. I will NEVER go back to this location. This employee should not be in a face-to-face position or expected to provide any type customer service.

I would rate it zero stars if I could. Nobody willing to help. Guy running photo/drop off area offering zero assistance. Favorite words are can’t and won’t. I would drive an hour out of the way to go to a different store.

Walgreens has become terrible. Especially the one at 135th and Antioch in Overland Park. The pharmacists actually hold themselves out as physicians. Took all my Rx needs to Hy-Vee...much better.

The WORST service ever!!!!!!! They have no manager. They have an "acting manager" who leaves at 4pm. They have an EXTREMELY rude heavy set African american woman working at Photo after 4pm. She couldn't find my pictures and said she would TRY to find the order. She didn't even ask what first name the pictures were under! I have a very common last name, and after a bit, she got irate, told me I had an attitude, when I was nothing but kind, even waiting for her to finish with FedEx and ignoring me while doing so! How hard is it to say " I will be right with you"??????? WILL NEVER GO TO THIS WALGREENS AGAIN!

Pharmacy staff let me know how expensive my prescription was going to be (way more than I expected!) and then came up with a way to get it at a lower price in a different format. I really appreciated their problem solving to help me out. Also appreciated that their vaccine appointments were right on time. Will be switching to this location in the future.

So, Walgreens, please help me understand why my local store is falling behind in presentation, & cleanliness?!?!This issue has been ongoing and nothing permanent has been done about it. When is the last time the District office visited, or to be frank, do the store managers not see these obvious issues?I don't want to pick up, shop for, or make a quick stop for an item in a FILTHY STORE.The dirt, grime, and layers of dust are abhorrent!!

Took forever to fill a prescription that’s was literally a topical cream. Told me to come pick up prescription. I live 5 minutes away; when I arrived the pharmacy was closed at 1:30. Ridiculous. Will go to a different location next time I need a medication filled. Customer service is terrible sat outside the pharmacy for an hour. Sounded like a loud awesome party in the back and not much eating for a “lunch break”. Definitely won’t come back. Store is filthy and looks like something out of down town Kansas City.
