Pharmacist Shelby makes a point to follow up with patients to see how their prescriptions are working for them and to see if she can help in any way. Truly amazing customer service!

Very rude every time I call or have a question about a prescription.

This Walgreens location always goes above and beyond to make sure our critical prescriptions are available and filled. We've gotten vaccines here as well with very good service.

This a pretty standard Walgreens location. It's the one I frequent the most so after several visits over the past few years it's about time for an honest review. First of all let's be clear, this is a Walgreens, it doesn't need to be the best thing ever, it just needs to be an efficient pharmacy, that's friendly, and gets your medication to you in a timely manner. While overall my experience here has been ok, there have been a few things that have been problematic. The biggest issue I had with this location came a few months ago when my daughter was prescribed a specific medication that needed to run a certain amount of days to be effective. When I pulled up to get the medication I saw them pour some out of the bottle before they handed it to me, which seemed odd but I figured they were trying to ration what they had or maybe it was policy to not give you too much? either way, I paid and went on my way. When we had about two days left we straight up ran out of her medication which elicited several calls to the pharmacy and to her dr to find out what to do. Long story short, she was fine, and the pharmacy offered to give us more at no extra cost but it was a massive pain to have to do all of this when they could have just filled the prescription correctly the first time. I've had a few other smaller issues with this Walgreens but it's the most convenient location for me so I'll likely continue to go here and hope they can make some improvements.

NOTE: I left this as a review for the Drive-Thru COVID Testing Site as well, but since it involves a pharmacy employee, I thought it would be appropriate to post the review here as well. REVIEW: I didn't have a terrible experience, but it seemed really unnecessarily confusing and overall a little frustrating. When I made an appointment online, the email I received said to follow the signs and instructions at the location. I went to the pharmacy drive-thru and sat in the furthest lane wondering what to do because I didn't see any signs. So I called the pharmacy, but I got put on hold for a long time and no one ever answered. Then I noticed the person who pulled up in the lane by the window after me was doing a nose swab, so I backed up and pulled in behind her. Even though the email said very clearly NOT to roll down my window, the guy in the pharmacy motioned to me to roll down my window. Then when I tried to confirm my appointment, they had my DOB down wrong (I checked the app and it was right so IDK). Thankfully, he let me take it. But he never even asked to see my ID... Which is concerning because someone could totally send someone else to take their COVID test for them if all you need is to say your name and DOB. Anyways, he finally sent out the packet of info and the nasal swab and tissue and started telling me to make sure to stick it in far enough. After staring blankly at him for another minute, he finally remembered to tell me the rest of the instructions (swirl it around in each nostril 5 times, etc.). So I did it, sent the swab back, and he took it and walked away from the window without saying anything. I sat there for several minutes before realizing he wasn't coming back. No \"Thanks, that's all you need to do.\" No asking if I had any questions. No letting me know when/how I'd receive my results. Maybe I'm just used to Midwest nice, but also quality customer service is still a thing right?! All in all... Maybe go somewhere else for your COVID test if you don't want to drive away frustrated.

Pharmacist denied a 21-year-old man with Down syndrome a 2nd COVID booster. When presented with his Hashimoto's diagnosis, a immunocompromised condition,, she walked away, rubbed her temples and cried in a corner because we pressed her to check his eligibility. So unprofessional. Her nonmedical store manager declined the vaccine as well, stating that she was "overwhelmed." I think the real issue was that we challenged her intelligence. She had never heard of this common thyroid disorder. Put on your big girl pants, pharma girl and act lime a medical professional.

Went to this Walgreens to pick up my prescription. When I got there the prescription was not filled and I had to wait over 30 minutes. How long does it take to move 10 pills from a large bottle to a smaller bottle? Really! Then the pharmacist starts to question me about my symptoms for this drug? I said my doctor has my medical records and wrote the prescription; your job is to only fill the prescription. She had such an attitude. I will find someplace else to get my prescriptions and make sure I tell 10 people how awful this place is.

The staff is friendly, and safe, but their prices are outrageously ridiculous. I was looking for a brace and the same thing here was three times more expensive than a brand name at Sheels. The medicine was triple the price of what it would be at Target. I may go in for a drink or something from time to time but other than that I'll stick with Target and Walmart.

Reviews don't lie and customer service as well. Fatima, pharmacist is prime having nasty, detrimental attitude coupled with Kaleb condoning her behavior. There are many competitors CONUS AND OCONUS fill scripts. This Walgreens is terrible communicating, professionalism, lack thereof communication skillset. Problem here, called in refill provided refill number; instead Fatima wanted names of refills. I told her she will get what I provide which was located on bottle! Walgreens request Refill Number. Pharmacist raised her voice which caused a domino effect by defending myself, as I should. Fatima's behavior is unjustified!! I've never encountered a racist manager or pharmacist. Thanks Kaleb for defending, Fatima. On another note, Ashley pharmacy tech helped and was very apologetic, she filled script! Agreed with both Brett R and Susan F reviews!!! Management need in-service training alongside adding multiple strategies to decrease deficiencies. I don't take threats easy, Kaleb. Corporate, District Manager and my Attorney will communicate further because you implied ill-will with malice. Good luck!!!

Either this place does not train their staff or they have the intelligence of a gnat. I asked the cashier to do a split payment and she without hesitation said she was unable to do this simple task. After leaving I called and asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up in frustration, I normally have no issue with the store at 75th and Metcalf. Making me consider taking my business to CVS.
