I scheduled a flu/covid swab test and received a confirmation email that the appointment had been made. Day of, I waited quite a while in line (not staffs fault) but when I got up to the register and explained what I was there for, the employee was frankly rude. He told me that location doesn't do that. No explanation for why that information isn't on the website, no offer to help me schedule an appointment at a location that CAN perform the test - all around very poor customer service. And this isn't the first time I've encountered unhelpful pharmacists at this location. My problem is with the pharmacy and Walgreens website (which needs to be updated ASAP!) not with the other staff at this location. In fact, a woman at checkout greeted me and thanked me for coming in when I was leaving; she was kind and the only good part of my experience.

When picking up my prescription I was met with an incredibly rude response from the pharmacist with numerous mouth piercings whose name I can’t recall. Not only was she rude and extremely condescending but she lied point blank to my face in an attempt to get me to stop asking her questions. Not even for a second wondering if by chance she was wrong and did not understand the situation. So unprofessional, I’m hugely disappointed and will be taking my medication elsewhere.

They have fun here. You could probably just go and put a flash drive in the photo machine and have a good time with the staff. Big fan of this place even though I feel a little conflicted because an independent pharmacy is a few blocks away, using one of which is a rare pleasure.I can't imagine fussing about customer service here. The pharmacists are fast enough that if you use basic social skills to figure out in what order people have arrived in the waiting area and get to the desk accordingly, you should see how quickly they're actually working. The only thing that keeps it slower is when they're working with someone to get their insurance sorted out and that's an indictment of America and an endorsement of their efficiency.It's a location of a big corporation. So just use the app and get in and get out faster than about anywhere else.

Naomi went out of her way to help me find acetaminophen and ibuprofen for my child- there’s a shortage and I hadn’t been able to find it! She hunted down one of each for me and worked with the pharmacist to make sure I had the correct dosing. The entire pharmacy staff was so helpful when I arrived to pick it up, but thank you again to Naomi for going above and beyond!

This is the worst pharmacy. They send you a notification that your script is ready and when I go to pick it up she tells me that she needs to talk to the Dr. first to get his approval. Obviously he okayed it. He wrote the script and called in the script for me. I’m supposed to have surgery in a few days and now I can’t get my medicine that I need. I have always had problems with this pharmacy. To bad my insurance isn't compatible with CVS across the street cause they are awesome.

The only reason why this location is getting 2 stars was for customer service. The people were very nice. However, it was raining on the day we went and there were leaks in the ceiling everywhere I felt like I was taking a shower as I was walking in. Terrible!!! Needs to be fixed right away!

This location continues to degrade every time I come here. The store inside is very dirty, and the pharmacy is continuously out of my medication causing a day or three delay. The drive through wait time has been 17 minutes so far as I type this review.

The 20 something year old dude running the place before close on November 20th, Saturday was top notch customer service. We almost gave up trying to find a trial size facial cleanser, at least I did, but he spent an extra 5 minutes looking for it for my online customer and found it. Give this man a raise.

As an immunocompromised person, I went into this location to get a third COVID-19 shot. After I stated that I had an appointment, a middle aged pharmacy tech just stared at me and went, "ummmm..." I could tell by the look on her face that she thought I was trying to cheat the system and get a third shot that I wasn't qualified for. She then said in a challenging way, "you have to meet certain conditions to qualify for one of those." To which I replied, "uh, huh..."After I signed the consent form, she took forever on the computer researching my medical background. She then turned to me and said that my insurance card had expired. I did have insurance, but had been on COBRA after being laid off. The card was simply expired, but she insinuated that I couldn't get a shot because of it. She never mentioned that I could get a shot anyway, but suggested I come back another time. I DID know that I could get a shot without insurance, but by that point, I was so disgusted by her attitude towards me that I didn't want to deal with her anymore, so I just left.I hope this woman doesn't treat other people who want shots in the same way. Should could actually cost someone their life.

Spot on! This Walgreens location has been helpful renewing prescriptions with my "stubborn " insurance company. I appreciate their customer service.
