Chelsea helped me today buy a new iPad. She was entirely professional. It was the best experience I have ever had bang any kind of technical thing she could not have been nicer. She went over and above board to help me and I appreciate her very much. I’ll try to deal with her in the future. Every time I possibly can I can’t imagine anyone any better.

Employees at this store were very helpful and got us taken care of quickly. Verizon corporate sucks! Even the employees agree that corporate sucks. This corporate store is great as the employees are and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I wish I had read some of the reviews prior to visiting this location JUST to add a watch to my account. We were promised and WAY underdelivered by Allen. After upgrading my phone to get "a free watch" I spent 72 hours without a phone and nearly $1,000. I cannot begin to describe the frustration we experienced because of an incompetent sales person! After looking at these reviews, I cannot believe he still has a job. At one point, after being at the store for nearly five hours, sales person Bailey actually started an argument between coworkers because she wanted to leave and Allen/we were STILL on the phone with tech support trying to get my new phone activated. Superb customer service! It was beyond unprofessional. Highly unlikely that our family will be refunded anything for the massive amount of errors and the hardship that we experienced either. Bogus.
The one highlight - on day three without a phone, I met Chase who actually fixed my phone issues. Won't be back.. like ever again - unless we work with Chase.

I’m a Loyal Verizon wireless customer with 6 lines in my account for more than 5 years, went to the store to add another line and had very Awful experience.
Guy named Brandon avoid him by all means, when I ask him for the available plans & devices… he doesn’t have much information related to the Ask. Sohe is so rude and unprofessional, I highly doubt his customer support skills.

Stopped in to upgrade our phones and the entire process went smoother than ever before. Chelsie Nelson was such an amazing help. She made sure we received all the deals and rebates, and clearly explained the inner workings of the upgrades. We will definitely be going back to this particular Verizon location
