I came in the other day and had already started working with one employee. I had to wait and come back another day. Chelsie, was the second employee I worked with. She was so wonderful. She helped me through the whole process of adding a line and buying a new phone. She did all of this and still gave the sell/credit to the other employee. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. I was so grateful that she’d still help me even though she wasn’t earning the commission of my sell! Thanks Chelsie!

My husband traded in phone at this location and Verizon claims they never received it. We've spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to prove the phone was turned in and now we're being charged back from Verizon for the credit they gave us. The store is supposedly "reviewing" their camera footage but we of course haven't heard back. Super scam - never going here again! BEWARE

I recently visited a Verizon store to upgrade my family's phones, and I had one of the best customer service experiences ever! The Verizon representative who assisted us was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. We had a few different phones to upgrade, and they took the time to explain all the available options, answer all of our questions, and ensure we were getting the best possible deals. Despite the complexity of upgrading multiple devices, the worker remained calm, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire process. We left the store feeling confident in our new phones and completely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend visiting Verizon for any phone-related needs!
