I stop here everytime I come to K.C. The staff is friendly and always goes out of their way to help me. From Indy 169s to old gaurd lace up canvas Vans. They have me covered. Thanks folks. Appreciate you.

I brought a book bag about 2 weeks ago. She asked me for my email. I checked my points and noticed she didn't add them. I don't have my receipt anymore to add myself. Just a little irritated.

Came in to exchange shoes and staff was cool and very helpful. Placed order online from store and now can't call store because the phone is ALWAYS busy like it's off the hook.

Great store, friendly available, but not hovering staff. Quick to grab sizes and ask if you needed assistance. We went looking for 1 pair of shoes and left with 3 plus accessories. Definitely wish I lived closer so I could go more often.

Love vans shoes. Showed up at 10am when they said they were open online. Said good morning to lady opening the door at 9:55 and said "I'll wait for you to turn the lights on". Continued to wait until about 10:05 at that point another guys was waiting with me for the store to open. We both waited until 10:15am. At that point I called and the lady who opened the door answered and told me they don't open until 11. I said you online says 10 she said no the whole mall is 11. I told her I was the guy who said good morning and asked if she could open up earlier since now 2 of us were waiting and the answer was no. I understand not opening early but why not say "We don't open until 11" when she saw me standing there waiting and I said good morning and that I would wait for her to get lights on.

Shoes and apparel are great. The customer service is horrible. Be prepared to sit on your hands for awhile. Nobody wants to help …ya know do their job!
