No way to speak with a human agent via the phone, only a robot that refuses to answer questions. Also worth mentioning i have never seen worse reading comprehension in my life, they cannot get a package to the right house even if u paid them extra

First off the people working at this location are terrific and too busy. They continue to be nice and helpful even when from my view they need another employee working to help them (5 STARS). Secondly, I know it's not the local employees at the site, but WHO decided it was ok to do concrete work and close half the parking lot on the busiest week of the year before Christmas (1 STAR)?

Bill and all of the staff were amazing with helping me to weigh all of my wedding invitations to get the correct stamps and even hand cancelled each letter for me! They were friendly the entire time and made me feel comfortable with putting the invites through the mail!

I'm not sure why they're still in business. It's cheaper to ship through UPS, quicker and you don't have to pay a box taping fee..

Worthless just like every other USPS. I pay extra just so I don't have to use the USPS because they are notorious for being worthless.

I'm updating the post office @ Antioch but the Post Office keeps popping up instead of a burger place which use to be there. Kitchen was really good & service was average & lights were low & employees a bit on the rude side. Must have been during the time during the changing over of presidency. Trump is enough to rub everyone wrong. I'm just glad he's gone now. I hate to see who lands the next election!

On June 29, 2022, two males and one female went out of their way to help my baby and I to get a document mailed certified. Each is these service providers were friendly, professional, and helpful (willing to be helpful!). I am thankful that persons of this type of high caliber still exist! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful to my baby and I.
