This place IS a blessing. It’s one of the few location open (mostly it seems) 24/7. Though it can be a little intimidating because the parking lot is lit up but there’s no lit sign, so it may wear closed. It’s also set back off the highway.. not readily noticeable. The area seems safe. But if it was located any where else in town… ?Just keep an eye out and be aware of of what’s going on around you. But… if your a last minute shirt like me!!!Oh it’s a blessing!!!

Two different times I used this post office to mail important papers , both times the mail was certified , however that was not the right place to mail important letters , the mail was either lost or misplaced both times… when searching on how to retrieve letters their website is not user friendly….

Lost my time sensitive mail and now will not answer the phone. Marked “delivered” and probably in someone else’s mailbox.

No longer open. There are no external drop boxes which is very inconvenient. Won't post if I don't type more words

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an item go missing in January filed a missing mail search request and was called and told by Brad it was going to be delivered. To my surprise it was never delivered and when I called to inquire about this Damien answered and it was like pulling to teeth to get any help, this is after calling repeatedly for hours... I wrote down Brad's name when he called and asked for him but of course Brad was busy. I finally escalated just enough by asking for a manager to get Brad on the phone to tell me he was wrong and the item was lost. I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. What I wanted to say was that my intentions for calling were to find out information and be done but with how poorly I was treated it is no wonder USPS is having issues with employees and that as a manager he should be coaching the employees they do have to try and at least be courteous. All I needed was help on a situation and own up to a mistake and it would have been fine don't treat me like I am the rude one when I am getting conflicting information and the need for a call was necessary.

These ladies were slammed today but kept a great attitude working their butts off. The line was at least 10 deep but they soldiered on with great customer service. Refreshing to see at the post office.

The Indian Creek Branch post office is slower than molasses. It desperately NEEDS hire efficient, friendly and fast people. I’ve never seen anything like it. I've been coming here for over 6 years and it is always a ridiculous wait. Phil was the BEST…period!?? I miss him and I know many others do as well.

Mike Hobson, the manager at this location, was very friendly and helpful during a recent phone call. Just want to recognize you! Thank you for picking up the phone as well! It's not always easy to get someone by phone these days.

Had proper label printed and shipping box was from the postal service itself. The front counter person didn't even bother to look just said we can't ship it. When asked for an explanation they said can't ship it. The box is wrong and the label is wrong even though they were both issued by the postal office and this was a return ship. And I was the only customer in store.

This Indian Creek Branch post office needs to seriously consider hiring more people. They have the slowest service! I've been coming here for over 6 years and it is always a very long wait, no matter what time of day!

Tried to ship a package on June 22 over my lunch break. I was the only customer when I arrived, so I walked up to the only counter with an employee. She ignored me and was staring at her screen for a solid 10 seconds before asking me what I needed. I put the package down along with a paper with the delivery address. She just said "You can't ship something without a label." I respond, "I can't pay for one here using this address?" (they definitely can.....duh). And she's like "No, but you can buy blank labels off the shelf there and fill one out, then come back." Like what on earth--has to be the laziest and rudest postal worker I've ever met, and a liar.

I wish it was possible to put zero stars. I’ve never ever had a positive experience at this post office. Front desk guy named Manish is probably one of the rudest people i’ve ever talked to. Every time I come to this place he is always extremely rude to the elderly. Today I came and he had asked an elderly man to leave because the man couldn’t hear him clearly. Manish then asked the man if he is deaf. I can’t believe you would say that to someone especially an elderly man. It was then my turn to pick up some money orders and he had told me that it was illegal to get multiple money orders without filling out a form. So I had asked him to give me the form to fill it out and he said it’s illegal to hand him cash for money orders when I had just done it 2 weeks ago at another post office. The craziest part is that I thought I was the only person who didn’t like the service at this location but as I’m looking at the reviews it appears that this place barely has 3 stars and everyone complains about the same things. Never coming back here again.

Never enough help working. Mail deliver is worse, some days you just don't get your mail.callin and the night manager went out of his way to help. I appreciate that!
