I do not recommend shipping anything at this store. I was sending two boxes of baby items to a mother in need and paid about $40 for the both of them. One box got to her; the other came back to me. Apparently the destination was changed using the tracking number to pick up at a UPS location and that's why it came back. The "manager" (I didn't get her name- younger, white, dark hair, glasses) insisted I must have changed it (I didn't). Begrudgingly, she mailed it again and the SAME thing happened- the box came back to me. I came in again to see how they could help and was told there was nothing they could do. No apology, no offer to give my money back, no attempt to find out why this was happening. She was very rude. Just money wasted. Terrible, terrible customer service.

I came to this UPS location as part of an arrangement with my buyer, who needed a set of wheels shipped. He contacted this location the weekend prior and coordinated the size and quantity of boxes needed, as well as the packing and shipping cost. All sounded good, until we had to work with a different UPS employee than the one he talked to over the phone. This different gentleman ended up changing the box sizes and trying to up-charge my buyer an extra $300 in shipping. On top of that, he was rude to my buyer over the phone (presumably because of his accent) and refused to let him explain the quote he received the prior weekend. It was a huge headache until Reagan (I believe that’s his name) sorted things out and repacked the wheels into smaller boxes. If you are a person of color trying to do business here, you may not get the level of service you’re entitled to, depending on who’s working the counter. Reagan was fantastic, but I can’t say the same for the other gentleman.

Every time I have gone to this location the employees have been less than helpful and unpleasant to say the least. I don’t go there anymore. The friendly people at the Antioch and College store are cheerfully happy to help me, a senior.

She was not only knowledgeable about the services offered but also went above and beyond to ensure that my shipping needs were met efficiently and effectively. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns I had made the entire process smooth and stress-free.In addition to her expertise, Katelyn's friendly demeanor and genuine desire to help were evident throughout our interaction. We have always used The UPS Store at 9218 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66212 since it opened! They are wonderful, caring, helpful. and do awesome work for their customers.

The customer service was unparalleled based on my 30+ visits, especially from the managers. I either ship or print here in emergencies. The price for printing is lower than half as much as FedEx/Kinkos, the quality is the same, and you get cardboard to put them in instead of a flimsy paper bag.
