They are always very helpful and friendly! Usually there is a very short or no wait to be served. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable.

We have always used The UPS Store at 9218 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66212 since it opened! They are wonderful, caring, helpful. and do awesome work for their customers.
