The customer service that they both gave me on Saturday, August 10, 2024, was "EXCELLENT" from beginning (walking in the UHAUL store) to end (completion of my car hitch and wiring installation).
I recommend this UHAUL location to all that need UHAUL moving services in the Kansas and Missouri area.

“All in all I was very pleased with the friendliness of the man when I dropped off at return, cleanliness of the vehicle, and the ease of rental and return. If I could see one improvement I would like there to be parking available for the customer. I was told I can park off on one of the side streets, but that was something I wasn’t comfortable doing, so I had my friend just follow me in my car while I drove the 10’ truck I rented for 2 hours. I would be fine to sign a waiver if I was to be allowed to park my car on U-Haul property for the duration of my short vehicle rental!”
