We bought several items from this store. Most of them were great! However One of the items was a hidden unknown one and the quality was less than par. We went back to the store to talk to the employees and they were so kind and helpful and understanding and helped us solve the issue immediately! Would definitely go there again. The customer service was excellent

I personally loved the store and the employee she was very nice and generous to tell us abt the prices. I would highly recommended if you are interested in Hello Kitty Plushies. But much love to the store and I would go back.
