I bought my first diamond from Toner Jewelers back in 1986. Used to go in to just see what new stones he had. Traded up a few times. So Fun! I went in today to see what the sale was about. Everyone there was helpful and patient. I found a very pretty ring at 60% off. The ring needs to be sized so I couldn’t wear it out of the store but can’t wait to wear it when it is done. Thanks Toner!

I was in the store today because of the sale and I saw a pair of earrings I would like to have purchased. No one asked me if I needed help. It wasn't that busy, there were two other customers in the store that seemed like regulars from the interaction from staff. I did not receive the same welcoming attitude that the other customers received and after about 10 minutes I got frustrated and left. They do have beautiful items there but dont seem too interested in acquiring new customers.

Bought an Engagement ring from them in 2022, Ashley and Jessica were both delightful to work with and helped us order exactly what we wanted within our price range (and helped keep my fiancee occupied while I sneakily bought the ring she was looking at!) The whole experience was great and felt very comfortable unlike other stores we had been to. Highly recommended for excellent customer service and beautiful selection of bands/diamonds.
