Three of us visited on May 19th and were completely ignored by all three employees. They would literally pass us and not make eye contact. For the record, two of us work in the fashion world (we were appropriately dressed, presented, etc). At the end, two of them overheard us discussing how rude they are with each other and finally acknowledged us. Ridiculous it took that. Massive Customer service training is needed.

This is 100% favorite place to buy clothes at! Not only do they have the cutest clothes, the employees are always so sweet too and help me find sizes and any anything else I need! A huge variety of styles and colors for almost any occasion. Go shop there now!!!

called the store because i got a dress for my sister’s graduation and the zipper broke 10minutes before she had to leave. the 2nd time she put on the dress and just the day after we bought it, the zipper broke. i call and the only option for return is merchandise credit. my first time after a while shopping here and it was poor merchandise and poor return policy for instances like these. not the employees fault but i do wish there were simple return options and i just get my original payment back instead of having nearly $100 in credit at a place i do not want to shop at anymore. also no where on the reciept, no erbal explanation, signs, etc that says returns are only merchandise credit. i had to look it up online or call the boutique.

Been shopping here at Threshing Bee for years! They do such a great job of getting in cute clothing, and jewelry! Especially Chiefs stuff! I own an organic custom spray tan company just next door Healthitan inside Primp and Blow Salon. Try this boutique it’s amazing!

As a former employee of this store I can attest to the rudeness of the employees as well as the very poor, unprofessional, and borderline abusive treatment of same employees by management. As a disabled (Autistic) woman, the way I was treated was disgusting and I should’ve filed a discrimination lawsuit.Then again, you can’t expect much from a store that sells overpriced clothes, some of which are most definitely not sustainably made. This is one store that is the epitome of Overland Park snobbery.I was hired very quickly, after a brief and curt interview. I later realized why I was hired that way is because they are desperate for employees due to the high turnover rate in management and sales associates. They can’t keep anyone working there.Upon being hired I received little to no training, was micromanaged to a T, and given mixed messages about how to approach customers, but I did my best.However, weeks later, was fired, but without any warnings or conversations telling me what I needed to work on. In fact, I didn’t even know I had been fired. They simply took me off the schedule. I actually had to call and ask the manager why I had been taken off the schedule.This awful woman told me “well someone said you did this wrong, and someone else said you did that wrong…”As an Autistic woman who suffers depression and struggles with finding basic employment, this hurt me so much I had a nervous breakdown and was hospitalised. I hadn’t been able to find a job for so long and this gave me hope.If you don’t talk the talk of the OP elite or stand out in anyway, they just throw you out.Shopping at this store means contributing to exploitation in other countries that make the merchandise as well as employees.

Arrived at 4:35, 25 minutes before close, to find door locked. Was an employee inside who refused to come to door. Disappointing.
