I reserved 2 appointments for both my daughters who are under 12 years old. The cut was a kids hair cut for $25. The hair cut includes a shampoo/conditioner and blow dry according to the description. When the lady was done cutting my daughter’s hair she left it completely WET and said she was finished. I asked if she was going to blow dry it and she said no because it was not included in the appointment. When I checked out they told me my total was $60 for two kids haircuts! I asked why it was so much and the lady said I had “iron works” added which was from my other daughter getting her hair curled. I did not want to argue with these people because they obviously don’t care I was paying $60 for 2 kids haircuts and my daughter walking out with wet hair. Absolutely ridiculous! The Jcpenny at Baton Rouge always charges me $25 and that comes with a shampoo/conditioner, cut, blow dry and style. I’ll never go back to this Jcpenny salon or recommend it.

I have been a client of Jamie Pecina for over 10 years now. She has always been professional and friendly. She always try’s to accommodate her clients. She knows what her clients like and will strive to give them the look they want. I am a risk taker and so I will let Jamie experiment with my hair and it always turns out great! I highly recommend Jamie!

Have been going here on and off for about 5 years, no complaints! Writing this review to honor Cydney! I think this last time I went was truly the best haircut ever! I felt like a celebrity when she gave me the final look! She was so kind and personable. She really made my vision come to life!

I love this salon! The staff is always so helpful & professional. My stylist Jamie Pecina is THE BEST! Jamie does AMAZING work, I have been going to her for years & have NEVER had a bad color or cut in all the different times I’ve changed my hair! You definitely won’t be disappointed if you book an appointment with her :)

My mother Mary went to this salon for 8 years. They treated her horribly. Her hairstylist Jamie P. rescheduled an appointment and then lied about her not having an appointment. Very unprofessional and mean spirited behavior from this staff. My mother is the kindest lady and always tips well. Shame on you Jamie.

Went in here at 4:30 on a Sunday (they close at 6). The man at the counter had us wait while he took a phone call. The man working told the person on the phone to come on in and get their hair cut. The man ended the phone call to tell us he can't help us because he has to cut the person on the phones hair as they just made an appointment (right in front of us as we waited in person). The man working had the nerve to tell us the other person working wouldn't cut my daughter's hair because the person working was, "in a bad mood".WOW, what an unprofessional business with incompetent employees.

I was on hold for so long that I drove there while being on hold the entire time. Walked in to see not a single customer, just 3 employees sitting around not answering the phone. Then they told me I should make an appointment for tomorrow because "it's kinda late for a haircut, we close in 10 minutes"...I did not make an appointment.I should add that it's a pretty simple men's haircut. They would still have been done with time to spare before close. Or they could've answered the phone and saved me the trouble.
