I lived there for the past two years, and have nothing bad to say. Staff always nice and kind: Julia and Cindy are the best, with a huge smile, and when you need something to get fix, they will send someone right away. I moved just because i need more space for relatives. Thank you so much ladies, i'm gonna miss you

Shawn, Rachelle, Cindy, Julia & Cassandra are AWESOME!!! One of the best office staff I have ever worked with. They were prepared, organized, and had very positive welcoming attitudes. This is a lucky community to have such a staff. Thank you for being so professional and easy to work with!

I am a current resident at The Lodge of Overland Park. Its one of the two best communities in Overland Park! Shawn and her team are incredibly helpful and the community is well maintained. I highly recommend it!

Always responsive to any complaint, request, or concern that we have. Despite the buildings being a bit older, they are WELL maintained and the office staff will take care of you.
Comparing to other apartments in the area, we got a great deal for a one bedroom, 700 sqft apartment, and enjoy the layout more our previous, brand new "modern" apartment.

I don't usually leave reviews for apartments, but the lodge is pretty nice. Two pools, bug free, nice kitchen, and friendly neighborhoods and staff. Good area

I currently live here from 2019 until 2025. I do not recommend this apartment complex. It has bad management. They have a skinny lady who wants to charge you until you laugh. Excessive drainage charges are crazy. The water bill is 50 for drainage. They charge you 130... when you ask for proof and invoices they don't give them to you. I am the 30th person to complain about this apartment complex. Currently, we want to meet and file a formal complaint with the courts. THE LOGDE IT IS TERRIBLE TO LIVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU LIVING HERE IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE for your family

I am new to the community, I really loved it, it is very familiar, it is quiet, it has a swimming pool, a basketball court and a tennis court, and also a gym. And the best thing is, the apartments are spacious, it has a good distribution. I am delighted here. I found the peace I was looking for with my family. They maintain the areas. Very nice and clean greens, the sunsets are beautiful and very accessible to a supermarket. Importantly, the School also forgot that it also has barbecue facilities.

It was a wonderful experience visiting this place, it is beautiful, I am looking forward to living here, it has beautiful Alverca, everything renovated, security, and it is a completely clean area
