The space is always clean, and it's a very relaxing environment. I love my lash tech Courtney, and when she wasn't available one time Bri (spelling?) was amazing as well. Cannot recommend them enough☺️

Don't do business with the Lash Lounge . I had a family emergency and was charged, because it wasn't in the 24hr cancellation policy. The receptionist was a complete nightmare who lacked any professionalism. I will never go back! Such a bad customer experience from a long time customer who has never had to cancel. Your response clearly illustrates your rudeness, fabrication of the truth, and lack of empathy...made my decision to never go back very easy.

I have been going to the Lash Lounge in Prairie Village for quite some time. SHA'RAE IS MY LASH TECH. VERY GOOD. THE FRONT DESK IS HARDLY EVER COVERED. Recently I was charged for an extra fill. Apparently there is a policy that you can only come after your payment posts. I had no idea.i reached out to Abby the lead of.?? Extremely rude. Needs lessons in Customer service. She has zero etiquette. Then I reached out to Jr. He is the lead of ignoring any problem. Recently canceled my contract. Another policy. In order to get a refund, they would cancel my already paid appointment. This place is a scam and such a disappointment.. watch out for extra chages on your card and stay far away. It is amazing that they come up with new policies when convenient for them. Yay Stewart.

Just spoke to a very rude front desk person named Junior. I will definitely not be going back and will take my money somewhere else. I had made an appointment and while I was on a beach on vacation my appointment got canceled for not paying within a 2 hour window. Junior was then extremely sarcastic and mean when I tried to call to make the payment.
They did not try to call me for my deposit and only sent me one text message to let me know my appointment was canceled.

Sha’Rae absolutely knew the assignment and exceeded expectations! I am very pleased with the re-do from my lashes having shedding less than 24 hours later due to natural shedding process. I was able to receive a same day appointment and experience superior customer service!Thank you so much for being my lash stylist- I will frequent this location more often!

I usually don’t leave many reviews but feel like I have to due to my current frustration. Chelbi has been great which is why I’m leaving 2 starts. However, the front desk/scheduling has been a nightmare for me these past few visits. 1st issue - I had a membership with them and booked my appointments in advance all the way until July of 2024 and made sure my credits were being utilized for each appointments. My last appointment I got charged $100 for a fill because apparently I didn’t have any membership credits left and they refused to notify me prior to my appointment. When again, my appointments were set out until July making sure my membership was covering. I ended up paying the $100 after talking to the owner who would rather lose a paying member than to acknowledge their mess up. I cancelled my membership but had an auto pull coming out the next day so I was stuck for another month with them. My last appointment here is May 1st and due to being out of town that day I rescheduled to Sat the 27th at 9:00am. I show up and the receptionist is no where to be seen. She shows up 19 minutes late, tells me someone else booked that 9:00am online and I wasn’t in their system when I have the text message showing that I was confirmed for that 9:00am appointment. I feel bad for all the lash techs there they are great but the owner and front desk can’t figure out how to actually book appointments and give good customer service.

Very cozy place, felt welcomed the second I walked in. Fell asleep while getting my lashes done, so comfortable and lash tech was super nice.
