Had a great time at The Culinary Center's "Timeless Menus: A French Châteaubriand Dinner" experience.
Learned a few new techniques (proper whisking, how to save an overcooked hollandaise) and Chef McPeake was an engaging, entertaining teacher throughout.
This particular class came quite pre-prepared - most chopping, measuring, etc had been done in advance - which made it very convenient to enjoy the company of the group I went with, but also meant we weren't required to... DO... a lot. I'm considering some of their "Pro" series to get some more skills-development.
Overall, great experience: would definitely recommend.

Fantastic class. I had always thought layered dough was beyond my skill level but this class gave me the confidence to try it this afternoon. Will highly recommend it to anyone.

We had an absolute blast taking a cooking class here. Chef Richard is very knowledgeable and made the class interesting and fun. You won’t necessarily make every single item on the menu - but you will definitely leave well fed and with some cooking and prep tips. When you are working on some of the dishes the Chef and support team will walk around and help you out and give you tips as needed. They also have a for purchase bar inside with select beers, wines and cocktails so you can have a drink with your meal. Water, tea and coffee came free of charge.

Went to the Culinary Center for a Tuesday lunch (Summer's Bounty) and it was incredible. Food was served as soon as you sat down and everything was as advertised. I can't wait to go back!

BBQ Tacos class was a great value & experience. Instructor was a fantastic, energetic presenter with anecdotes to share from his experiences. Food was also wonderful. Anyone could learn & have fun in this class!!
