Wide selection! The counter lady was very scattered minded but our order was finally found. Personally I feel the only time to shop at this store are when things are on sale as I believe they are over priced.

Expensive, but worth it. Definitely a place in which a person could blow through a lot of cash quickly; the possibilities of a better-organized life surrounding you is addicting. Carts/trollies available, but I really wanted a handbasket, resulting in me wandering around picking up baskets that were for sale: equally funny and frustrating.

Seriously overpriced, YIKES! For example; a SINGLE wire shelf for standing wire shelving units costs more than an entire wire shelving unit else where.

My wife and I scheduled a free consultation with one of their design specialists (Chris) in the shelving department and we couldn't have been happier. Chris' knowledge and expertise were exactly what we needed when mapping out our custom closet space to maxmimize the usage space. We had an issue one of the racks, and Chris promptly assisted us with a replacment. Excellent customer service. We would highly recommend working with Chris!

Do NOT go into this store if you live being disorganized...OMG this place has everything! My first time there I was checking out, mentioned to the clerk it was my first time, the lady behind me exclaimed, "And THAT'S all you're buying?" Yes, she shamed me...lol

Open hours need to be updated. I drove all the way across town as Google states they are open until 8:00 PM but they were already closed. ?

This store is going downhill fast! I have been coming here for years and loved it. But it is starting to show its true colors which are more akin to my experiences in Texas. Poor management. Nobody wants to serve customers. Wait line is horrendous. Store manager is too good to help. Awful.

Really cool place, lots of options for organizing all kinds of different things, rooms, etc..Very friendly knowledgeable staff, eager to help u in any way. Had a great time picking out storage options for different rooms, & hobbies. Bring plenty of $ though, some of their items are a bit pricey, but can also find reasonably priced storage options as well. Had nice clean restroom options ladies...loving that too!!!

Needed a container for work they said they were open til 8 online come to find out they closed at 7. False advertisement is a quick way to loose business. Will never go back, which is sad because I used to love the container store.
