I placed an online order, went to pick my package up the store was closed due to weather, yet i was able to drive from Missouri to Kansas ? no problem ( 35 min drive ) . Store has been CLOSED for multiple days! then the 1st day they open i get an email saying my order was refunded. I am still lost on how the company expected me to pick an order up if the store is literally closed. I called customer service which said there was nothing they could do because the money was refunded. Poor customer service experience for a member who buys her son clothes every other week from here. Please take your money to Carter’s or Target because at least the Big bosses there will go above and beyond to accommodate you OFF of THEIR MESS UP! Company was UNABLE to, have employees on site to provide me with MY PACKAGE, yet my order gets cancelled & refunded.

Store is RAGGEDY as hell. I place an online order for pick up, call to make sure it was received employe verified I go to pick it up... all of a sudden it's CANCELLED they don't have it. Please read the reviews don't shop here. They will waste your time and the store is a COMPLETE mess. Please go to Gap Kids, Carters or anywhere else. They're TERRIBLE.

It’s extremely sad how this place has many bad reviews. I made an online order when I went to pick it up one of the cashiers were extremely nice and polite. The box was big and heavy .One of cashier provided a few bags but the Cashier Ashley who claimed to be the “manager” gave her a dirty look. When I tried to return the item that didn’t fit my child Ashley refused to returned my items and refund the money back in their card. That I needed a physical card, but seasons before they had no problem refunding everything back to their credit card. Then, I requested for a plastic bag Ashley stated she “can’t give me bags because they have no bags”. She had this stinky and rude attitude like she hated her job! She had no manager professionalism. I was amazed how dirty the store and fitting room were. I saw clothes on the floor everywhere customers and kids walking on it. My 6 years old child said “this place is very dirty mom”. What amazes me is the store had a manager who definitely didn’t have the critical thinking skills nor people skills, had a rude and careless attitude toward the customers and the people who is under her.

-5 stars. What happened to this store??? It’s filthy, crammed and disorganized. I could barely squeeze through with all the tables and racks. Fire the buyer, the clothes are cheap. Fire the District Manager, no one is doing any work there!

Dirty, disorganized, and the signage is incredibly poor. I went in to pick up an online order and couldn’t believe the state it was in. Just buy online and have it shipped. My 2-year-old was touching the counters and fixtures and I felt like he needed a disinfecting shower when we left.

My review probably won't make much of a difference if you see all the other 1 star reviews. I was hoping the store was such a mess due to lack of employees, but looks like it's a regular thing for the store. What an absolute mess! I have never seen a Children's Place look as bad as this one. One of the employees was sitting IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AISLE "working" and I actually had to step around her. No attempt to move. I know good help is hard to find right now, but this store should be shut down. What a horrible representation of a company. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner or manager.

Can I give 0 stars? We had Covid we unable to return a few items within their policy. I spend probably 2,000 a year on clothes from them and they weren’t able to return maybe 30 dollars of clothes due to circumstances. Poor customer service. Will NEVER go here again.

I was so disappointed walking into this store. I typically order online but needed to have my daughter try on jeans in the store and I was horrified. The place was not only filthy but clothes were everywhere. In boxes, fallen on to the floor, thrown in the wrong place. The floors were covered in dust, trash and food wrappers. The fitting rooms looked closed off but once I found an employee realized they weren't. Inside the fitting room was filled with discarded clothing and even a used mask. So sad. I will say the person that checked us out was so helpful and sweet. But I will not be going back in to this store.

Horrible Horrible Horrible store! The entire store was in disarray with product piled up on the sales counter, clothes off the rack on the floor, plastic clearance bins blocking paths, and just all around un-organized. We left the store within 5 min due to the clutter and poor selections. I have seen clearance outlet stores in better condition than this store. Do not recommend and will not return.

I went to the store today bought a baby girl sunglasses. It was original price. After that I went back to home and search online. It is said 40% off today in store or online. That sunglass is $3 cheaper. But I got it at regular price. Nobody told me it is on sale. I did not keep the receipt. So I cannot go back to return it. Never go there again. That was my first time and I believe it is my last time also.
