Greg was professional and quick with the turn-around of the tax filing. He was able to ask all of the important questions prior to filing. He takes the time to explain areas which am not very well versed in. Overall I loved the experience.

They are such great people to work with. Not only very fast and prompt, but they are as nice as can be. The thing I love the most is that I can do it online via zoom and get my taxes done in twenty four hours. And since my taxes are simple, the fee that they ask for is a very reasonable price.

Taxsavers have done our taxes for many years. Greg and Amelia are prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They are also very reasonably priced. They are a virtual tax service, so this needs to be understood when booking services. They also helped my sister out of a tax jam caused by a previous tax preparer.

I’ve used Tax Savers for 8 years. I was referred to them by a few friends and now a few family members use them. Greg and Amelia are wonderful! They’re responsive, direct, and very organized. They provide a variety of options to get your documents to them and have several appointment types from tax filing, to tax questions, and more. They’re an amazing resource and I can’t imagine trusting my taxes with anyone else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Last year they did a great job with our taxes (in person). However, this year they had a receptionist scan all documents in. My appointment was March 5th. Today is June 18th and they still haven't filed my taxes. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone until today, who informed me she doesn't know anything and transferred me to yet another voicemail...
