We stood in line forever. There was only one person working at returns. None of the receipts or gift receipts would print out and I waited for a long time, but nobody ever showed up to help anyone.

Items kept scamming wrong, our gifts cards glitched and got invalidated. On top of that, no one was in electronics at all. I asked two ladies who were just hanging out if I could get help unlocking a case for a game, they called someone....and I waited 20 mins for that persona and they never arrived. So I decided to leave and purchase the game elsewhere. You just lost out on a $70 sale.

Check your grocery pickup items, I had moldy cheese in a sealed snack package. Understand things happen, but frustration was when I called customer service and it took way too long to just get a refund for the item which was bare minimum they could have done. I came to this Target to get help in the Electronics Department on Wednesday 2/07. As usual there were no workers in Electronics so I walked up to the lady working in Customer Service. She paged someone to meet me in the department by cell phone items . Not one person came to help me . I stood there for a long time. I left this Target and on my way out of the store I told the lady in Customer Service about how bad this Target’s Customer Service is! I drove to the Shawnee Target and a guy helped me and I was able to get what I needed. It is a shame that the Target Store on 97th Street in Overland Park has such bad Customer Service
