We highly recommend Dalton and his team. We completed our project in Aug-Sep 2024. Our goal was to modernize our exterior, not just with paint and siding, but other details to give our 1980’s home a real facelift. It was a complete renovation of our exterior, all new siding (Hardy), paint, stone and cedar accents. Dalton was very helpful during our walk through to decide what was manageable. The project was efficiently completed - the team showed up on time every day and worked full days decreasing the time it took to finish the project. Dalton oversaw the project daily and stopped by to review progress and discuss any questions we had during the process. He was also available and very timely in responding to any questions I had - whether phone calls or texts. They were tidy and cleaned up each day with our project being finished in just over 2 weeks. We have completed many house projects over the past 10 years and know how difficult it can be to find the right person for the job in JoCo. It is challenging to find honest people that show up and charge a fair price for quality work. We would use Dalton and SurePoint Exteriors again and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Could not have asked for a better experience. Dalton & his team are the best of the best! They were timely, efficient, & communicated throughly with us throughout the entire process. We were lucky to get the chance to work with Dalton and the Surepoint Exteriors team this past summer. And we really do mean we were LUCKY! Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, expertise & professionalism are what every company should strive for... and we are picky. The Surepoint team made the process of adding beautiful James Hardie siding, new windows and a new composite deck so easy (and honestly enjoyable) for us, that we were a bit sad to see the work come to an end. From the quote stage until the last screw was picked up out of our grass, they were excellent to work with! We are so thrilled with the results and so proud to show off our house now. They will forever have our business (not that we'll need to use them very soon)... truly, 5 stars is not enough! If you are on the fence about who to work with, we are TELLING you, work with Dalton and his team, you will not regret it!

Having Dalton and his crew replace all of our windows, siding and gutters was one of the best experiences we could have asked for. They did quality work and all were so nice and professional and had our house done in 4 days! We love the transformation to our home's exterior! I can't say enough about Dalton, he was wonderful to work with!

Words likely cannot express how grateful we are for our friend's recommendation of Sure Point Exteriors for siding, windows, and gutters. First and foremost, Dalton (owner) was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He has an excellent team working for him. They arrived each and every day and worked very hard at what they do. Trustworthy, quality, integrity and detailed are words that come to mind in describing our experience with them. Not one complaint! Our house looks like a whole new house! I was very impressed with Dalton and his team. They were easy to communicate with throughout the whole process and extremely detailed on the scope of work to make sure nothing was missed. His crew that tore down the old siding and put up the new was quick, efficient, and left no mess behind. The house looks a thousand times better with the Hardie board on it.

After having 3 different companies come out for estimates on our siding, we went with Sure Point. We were already impressed because their estimate was six pages long with a very detailed description and pictures of what would be happening versus other companies who hand wrote one final price on a piece of paper in their car after a quick walk around.
Dalton walked around the house with us and explained what he would be doing on each side and pointed out things that they would do that we never even thought of.
His crew was present every single day, and always on time to start which was a huge plus. They cleaned up after themselves every single day and moved equipment out of the way of our kids and pets.
Any questions we had were answered, phone calls were returned, emails were replied to, text messages were answered. You don't get that sort of communication with all your contractors.
A lot of our neighbors and friends have commented how long great the siding, trim, and gutters look and we completely agree. They did great work! We're extremely happy with the end product but along with that, we're highly satisfied with the process from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend Sure Point Exteriors.

I can't say enough great things about Dalton and his crew. I decided to reside my house with James Hardie. I read a lot of reviews and had seven different companies bid my house. All of these companies were Elite Preferred Contractors from JamesHardie. Each Contractor was very knowledgeable however Dalton stood out above all of the rest. Dalton quoted me great price and delivered an amazing customer experience.
So good that I had Dalton put on a deck for me as well. It has been a few months since Dalton completed my siding and deck project and I'm still having random people knock on my door to tell me how great my house and deck look. Thanks Dalton! A 5 Star experience for sure.

Dalton and his team do exceptionally fine work. I have done a lot of business with contractors over the years, and my experience with Sure Point Exteriors far exceeds all the rest. Dalton is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and takes the time to explain every step of the process. He rearranged his schedule to fit my siding project in quickly due to the discovery of mold and the associated health risks. He was even able to find contractors on short notice to fix related issues found on the inside of my home. Rodrigo was an excellent project manager, and all of the men who worked on my house were kind, professional, and took pride in doing the job correctly, beautifully, and right the very first time. I plan on sticking with Dalton for any of my exterior project needs.

We can’t recommend Dalton and Sure Point Exteriors enough. The entire process was an enjoyable one. The work is stellar, they cleaned up every night when they were done, professional and respectful of plants and shrubs around the house when doing our siding and deck. Great People - Great Work.

Could not be happier with this company. My house was in major need of an update. Built in 1979 and I don't believe much had been done to the exterior since. Thanks to Dalton and his team I drive home and admire my beautiful home everyday. They did the job on time and within budget. His team was respectful and cleaned up after everyday. This was important to me as we have dogs. Have recommended this company to anyone needing exterior projects. Love the siding we chose ❤️
