Despite being told I should take my clothes here by the people at Plato’s closet they didn’t take a single item I brought in despite much of it being new, on top of that they never bothered telling me when they were done so what should have taken 35 min or less took over 2 hours. One of the worst wastes of time I’ve ever experienced avoid this store.

I am an avid thrifter. This was my first visit here and I will be back. Ruth was so helpful, and so sweet to my toddler. I found lots of goodies and will definitely be back.

horrible. they are way more concerned with the BRAND rather than the quality. and style of clothing. brought in a full bag of clothing and was told to "go to Plato's bc it's more their style." pathetic. would not recommend

This store is amazing. They are very accommodating with questions and special requests. They carry a large selection in general but also in larger sizes. Great handbags and jewelry!

Took in several bags and the lady helping me scoffed at how much I had. She watched me struggle to carry things in. She asked if everything was recent and I said yes, she then had my order done in about an hour and when I came back they bought about 10 things. When I was picking up my bags, I was about to say thank you, and she said "you're welcome, thank you." Very rude.

I’ve consigned here and prices were fair but difficult to consign recently as every time I’ve been they “aren’t doing bags right now”. Edited to clarify: these were bags full of clothing that wasn’t even reviewed, not handbags I was trying to sell.

Absolutely love style encore! I have shopped here for many years and have always had wonderful experiences. I recently started following their Instagram account and saw a pair of shoes that I wanted and I called the store and bought them over the phone which was awesome and so so easy thanks to Seruh. 10/10 for accessibility and friendliness.

I like this store but not the customer service, I was in with my friend and this lady kept telling us to go to the goodwill because it would be cheaper than what they have there. I just wanted to shop and spend some time with my friend. anyway the lady's are very judgy but the stuff I bought was cute I got a hat and a bag. I'll be back but Id rather not hear anything the ladies have to say when I'm trying to shop
