Did a Refinance and waited until all the process has closed prior to writing this review.The good are: They were very responsive 100% of the time to any question I had, got me a good interest rate, meet all verbally promised loan details that were discussed before closing (even a couple that they were not 100% sure they would get) and did the entire process in around 45 days. This is why I gave 5 stars, what else can you ask for?The challenge: If you are not tech savvy and don't like doing almost everything online they may not be the right company for you or get the kids to help you.Thank you Mr. Johnson and the rest of the Wyndham team!Mark in Vancouver WA.

Steve and his team made the process straightforward - Yes a mortgage process with no surprises. When the team needed something from me, I could usually provide what they needed within an afternoon. I did everything from my PC.I think that the team moved heaven and earth behind the scenes to make the closing date that I needed. The did so very professionally and with fantastic customer service.
