I rarely review places but the older man in the print shop is always complaining loudly and acts like everyone who comes in to print is personally offending him. I went in a great mood, left in a bad mood. Not my first experience with him, but you shouldn't be working in any customer service position if you can't manage one customer asking you to do your job without complaining. And they say millennials are entitled and dont want to work ?

These MF'ers just lost a customer. They closed the 95th Street store, they don't keep my orders on file, they charge extra and force you to do a redesign and they don't ship my order. That means another 12 mole drive all the way back out here. They delete files after a couple of months to get you to spend more money for a constant redesign and keep ordering more and more cards, spending more and more money. NOT SMALL BUSINESS FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!

Staples is, and will continue to be MY go to for ALL my printing needs Dianne and Megan were amazing today! They are kind and professional. (So grateful Dianne moved to this store when hers closed). The price is a fraction of what other places advertise. I am a very happy customer!!

I like to shop stationery and maps from Staples, I like the clearance section as well as the painting section- it has wide options of paints, canvas and books. For my toddler I pick learning books and school supplies from here. I took my laptop ok deal from here - works good. Returns are also easy.

I understand the difficulty for retail stores to keep up with the online vendors and hate to see local brick and mortar stores disappear. However, this store has clearly given up. I went in searching for an item that said it was in-stock. It was not and the associate was not particularly motivated to search beyond a quick glance. While there I went to use the restroom and was appalled. It was beyond disgusting like it had not had a thorough cleaning in months. Dead bugs on the floor and rust and dirt on the faucets and toilet. I walked out and placed the order online from another vendor and will skip this step in the future.

Print center is rough on the customer service side.The business cards turned out good but customer service was terrible. If you want someone to sarcastically put their hands on the counter and tell you in the most sarcastic voice “they will try their very hardest to get them done same day”, when we ordered them same day for a reason, then this is the place to go. Btw it had been 8 hours since I ordered my cards and alls I did was ask for a time frame. At no point were we unreasonable. They ended up calling my an hour before they closed that day. Which didn’t do me any good considering I needed them the next day.I completely understand how stressful working retail is but at no point were we unreasonable, therefore I don’t understand the attitude we received.

Needed 2 sided business cards fast. I called and was told that if I got them submitted online in the next 20 minutes, I could pick them up that same day. They came through for me.

I was in KC on business and needed some copies of a flyer. I was having difficulties with setting up the self service printer and asked for help. I believe her name was Megan (I know it began with an M) was just so professional and gracious! She went out of her way to quickly assist me and made the two copies on her end. This is what true customer service is! There should be more Megan’s in the world!
