Placed an order over a week ago still have not heard nothing emailed and called customer service no answer emails no answer but they had no problem charging my card all I want is clarity on my order but nothing

The company I work for sends customer kits to new customers through this service. Having Dominique as our account manager has been a detriment to our bottom line and repeatedly makes us look bad in front of customers. We can never get a tracking number from her so customers keep asking when they’ll receive our package and we keep asking Dominique who has stopped responding altogether.
Orders placed 6 months ago still are not fulfilled. Tons of customers never received our kits. I do not recommend. Stay away!

Dustin Dade I saw him in public waiting, sitting. And I recognized him from being a board game creator. Since I go to comic cons. He was behaving in a disrespectful manner to those trying to help him and it was disturbing to witness. I will not buy or associate anything with a person that is this unreasonable and unprofessional. And I have already let my friends know and he is apparently associated with this place.

keeping the 1 star, shirts were different material than advertised and they wait to charge when things are shipped.... 2 months later!

We do not recommend ordering through Staples Promotional Products. Our organization ordered flash drives with our logo imprinted on each. They delivered to the wrong address to begin with, we have documented proof the correct address was provided. They provided us with a lesser quantity than we ordered and the quality was unacceptable. There were missing letters from our logo, blurred lines and parts of the logo were off centered. When we reached out to Staples to let them know of the issues, they blamed their vendor and indicated the issue would get resolved. The second shipment was sent yet again to the incorrect address and we received the flash drives the day before our event. The imprinted logos on the second shipment were great. There is definitely a quality control issue with their vendor based on the two extremes in what were shipped to us. The headache continued when Staples requested the first shipment be returned. They didn't provide a return mailing label so there was even more trouble on our end to return the flash drives. We are currently also billed for both shipments so the headache will likely continue... we're not surprised at this point. If you are looking for promotional products for your organization, we recommend looking elsewhere.

Brenda from Staples stepped in when she heard my dismay with my order. She tried her best to make things right and get the pens here by my deadline. She also upgraded my shipping at no extra charge. Unfortunately, despite her best efforts my order was still not here in time. But I very much appreciate her for being the only one there that made an attempt to make it right. Thank you, Brenda
