Been here for almost 4 years, I love it! Everyone in office is super friendly and awesome! Maintenance team is efficient and thorough. Neighborhood is overall a nice environment.

There has been blasting music from the complex somewhere outside for the past two hours on a Saturday morning here. This complex is very inconsiderate of people who live in and around the area. They blast music from the pool area in the evenings and the workers there blast music outside when they are working. Very noisy place to live. Lots of people still blasting music from their cars after midnight.

Was interested in an apartment here for my son and the ladies that assisted us were really helpful in answering all of our questions. They made our first apartment search seamless!!Great facilities as well. I would definitely recommend!

Second apartment I’ve had in the KC area. Love being in OP. The space in the apartments are great. My sister had a 1x1 before we moved into a 2x2.5 townhome. Office staff is friendly && helpful. The property manager Jessica is amazing.

While I've not had the opportunity to reside here, I've had friends that have, and the one thing they say is how amazing the management is. I've also joined some friends at the resident events, and I was so pleasantly surprised at how well everything was organized. These apartments are I've of the places I mention when I meet someone new to the city.

I stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment to take a tour of the complex and was impressed by the lady at the front office. Very polite, helpful and had an answer to every question.

I have lived here for a few years, and I absolutely love it. Whether it is a maintenance request or something with my account, the staff is on top of it. They are also very affordable for the location! Highly recommend these apartments!
